Analysis Of Employment Intention Of Agricultural College Students In Xinjiang

Over the past decade,the number of college admissions in China is constantly increasing,the number of college graduates is also rising,the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly serious,the "employment difficult" topic has become the focus of attention.The employment market imperfections,the impact of traditional concepts,college professional training methods with the market demand for these objective factors,the students subjective unreasonable way of choosing jobs,imperfect career planning and immature career mentality is also To varying degrees,hindered the smooth employment of college students,and thus the emergence of employment problems for college students.This paper takes 350 college graduates from Xinjiang Agricultural University,Shihezi University,Tarim University and Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational College as the sample,and analyzes the employment intention of the four agricultural colleges in Xinjiang.The main contents of the questionnaire include the basic situation of college students,the choice of employment area,the expectation of employment income,the accumulation of human capital,career planning and so on,to explore the different factors of Xinjiang agricultural college students employment intention.
