As the hope of the future of the motherland, children and adolescents are in a growing stage both physically and psychologically. They have always been the focus of parents, schools and the society. In recent years, there have been many fights and bullying on campus, and all the major news media have had relevant reports.More and more people from all walks of life are paying attention to children’s aggressive behaviors, especially senior primary school students are in a transitional period of their youth, which is also an important critical period of their own social behavior development,If the aggressive behavior is not intervened early,it will not only hurt the body of the victim, but also bring the later psychological shadow to the victim.Meanwhile, the personality of the victim may also be transformed into bad moral character,or even go astray or crime. In recent years, mindfulness intervention technology has been applied to aerobics, sports injury, physical training, yoga training and other fields, and has played a good intervention effect. As one of the quintessence of our country,Taijiquan not only pays attention to the shape of the movement, but also to the breathing and breathing and the guidance of the mind, which is also very similar to the method of mindfulness practice.A large number of studies have also found that long-term Taijiquan exercise can regulate the central nervous system, digestive system, metabolism and many other aspects of the human body, and even play a good role in relieving people’s psychological pressure, anxiety, depression, autism and other bad emotions. However,at present, there are relatively few researches on mindfulness intervention based on Taiji,so this paper uses the technology of mindfulness intervention to explore the impact on the aggressive behavior of senior primary school students, which means to reduce or eliminate the aggressive behavior, cultivate the ability of students to accept the society, and build a harmonious and warm education environment. In order to explore the influence of Taijiquan Teaching Based on mindfulness on aggressive behavior of senior primary school students, this study mainly used aggressive questionnaire and mindfulness scale for children and adolescents as the experimental measurement scale.30 senior primary school students with aggressive behavior in the experimental group were intervened in mindfulness groupcurriculum for 12 weeks, while 30 students with aggressive behavior in the control group did not any intervention. Two months after the end of the experiment, another delay test was carried out,and spss21 software was used to process and analyze the data of the pre-test,post test and delay test. The results are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in the family source, the only child, the single parent and the education level of the parents in the aggressive behavior of the senior primary school students(p>0.05).There was significant difference in gender(p<0.01).(2)There is a significant negative correlation between aggressive behavior and mindfulness of senior primary school students(b<0,p<0.01).(3)Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the non intervention group in the scores of aggressive behavior and mindfulness level(p>0.05).(4)After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the scores of aggressive behavior in pre-test and post test in the intervention group(p<0.01),and there was also a significant difference in the mindfulness level score(p<0.01);there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the non intervention group’s posttest aggressive behavior score(p<0.01),and there is also a significant difference between the scores of mindfulness level(p<0.01).(5)Two months later,There was a significant difference between the intervention group and the non intervention group in the scores of delayed aggressive behavior(p<0.01),and there is a significant difference between the scores of mindfulness level(p<0.01).There was significant difference between the scores of aggressive behavior in the intervention group(p<0.01),and there are significant differences in the scores of mindfulness level(p<0.01).The conclusion is as follows:(1)There is no significant difference between aggressive behavior of senior primary school students and their family sources, whether they are the only child, whether they are single parents, and the degree of their parents’ education.(2)There was a significant negative correlation between aggressive behavior and mindfulness of senior primary school students.(3)Taijiquan teaching intervention based on mindfulness has a significant impact on the aggressive behavior of senior primary school students, caneffectively reduce their aggressive behavior, and has a long-term effect(more than two months).(4)Taijiquan teaching intervention based on mindfulness can improve the level of mindfulness of senior primary school students, and has a long-term effect(more than two months).
