Research On The Integrated Construction Of Law Education In Primary Schools

After the rule of law education has been taken into the national education system,the development of the rule of law education has received extensive attention in primary schools.At the same time,the academic circle has done a lot of research on the construction of primary school’s legal education.In March 2019,President Xi Jinping proposed the integration construction of ideological politics courses in universities,middle school and primary schools,which provides a new idea for the integration construction of legal education at all stages.Through empirical research,this paper understood the implementation of the rule of law education in hongrui yanbao primary school,combined with the results of literature research,in-depth analysis of the current primary school rule of law education in the target system,teaching content cohesion,rule of law teachers team construction,security system construction and other problems.clarifying the goal of the integration of the rule of law education in primary schools,clarifying the teaching contents of the integration of the rule of law education,exploring the diversified education model and normalizing the management and material support of the integration of the rule of law education.To realize the linkage of the law education inside and out of the school,all staff participate in the whole process of the primary schools.To achieve top-level design and the overall planning of primary school law education.This will lay a solid foundation for the integrated development of the rule of law education in universities,middle and primary schools.To build a solid national foundation for the rule of law in government,society and China.
