The Disadvantages Existing In Disciplinary Education Of Primary School And Their Solving Strategies

Disciplinary education plays an important ro le in the management process of education.Due to the characteristics of primary school students,disciplinary education plays a more prominent role in the management of education in primary school.It’s a key stage,in which a pupil begins developing his or her consciousness of rules,and idea for good and evil in new surroundings.Additionally,a primary school student is mischievous and active,sometimes out of control,therefore appreciation alone is not sufficient.Therefore it is necessary for the teachers to apply disciplinary education when managing primary school students.However,there are some problems in the process when teachers carry out disciplinary education.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to study the students of DX Primary School in Kazuo country,Chaoyang City and deeply explains the current situation of primary school discip lina ry education.The results show that,in the elementary education management,there are some problems,such as teachers’ misunderstanding of disciplinary education,unsuitable disciplinary behaviors and emotional instability in imp lementation of disciplinary education.It’s very easy for primary school students to make mistakes,but teacher’s disciplinary education is difficult to be understood.In view of the existing problems,this study focuses on four aspects including teachers,schools,families and society to analyze the mistakes of primary school disciplinary education.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of disciplinary education in primary school and their causes,the paper puts forward effective and feasib le solutions to solve the problems in primary education management: teachers should constantly improve their ability and moral quality;the school leaders should strengthen their educational system to establish a reasonable mechanism;the parents should change their ideas and keep an reasonable idea on punishment;popular misunderstanding shall also be corrected,supervision of social med ia shall be taken,etc.The study aims to deepen the understanding of the current situation of primary school disciplinary education,so as to provide practical assistance for primary school teachers,and to get rid of entanglements in future career,and to promote the comprehensive development of primary education.
