The development of personal moral character and behavior of students are the result of their own internal factors and external factors such as family,school and society.Teachers should pay attention to the behavior adjustments of their peers,parents,and teachers themselves when correcting the bad moral consciousness and behavior habits of primary school students,and increase environmental conditions to promote student change.For this reason,this research proposes an F-S cooperation strategy for disciplinary education.This strategy is to actively seek the understanding and support of the parents of students when necessary disciplinary education for students who frequently exhibit inappropriate behaviors,to give play to the role of family-school cooperative education,and to establish communication before punishment,communication during punishment,and cooperation after punishment.A systematic way of disciplinary moral education with cooperation after punishment.Based on the analysis of the background and basis of the F-S cooperation strategy for elementary school discipline education,this study comprehensively interprets the content of F-S cooperative punishment,the implementation steps of F-S cooperative punishment,and the implementation principles of F-S cooperative punishment.Then,using questionnaire survey methods and case studies,empirical research is conducted on the primary school discipline family-school cooperation strategy.Empirical research has found that teachers and parents of students have a strong sense of family-school cooperation in their attitudes towards students' discipline education,and they are willing to spend time and energy in home-school cooperation punishment,helping students to form good qualities and habits.However,family-school cooperative punishment education lacks systematic and professional guidance,especially the necessary communication and coordination before punishment,and lack of follow-up tracking records and reinforcement after punishment,which needs to be further improved.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the previous research,this study proposes that the effective implementation of the F-S cooperation strategy for primary school discipline education requires the national level to further improve the rules for family-school cooperation in discipline education based on the existing "Rules for Primary and Secondary School Education Discipline".Establish a complete system of family-school cooperation in discipline education.At the school level,it is necessary to form a professional leadership group to strengthen the management and guidance of family-school co-education and improve the level of family-school co-education in discipline education.It is also necessary for every teacher participating in the family-school cooperation in discipline education to learn through reflection to improve the professional level and educational wisdom of family-school cooperative punishment education,as well as parents participating in cooperative education to participate in related learning in multiple ways to improve their own discipline education family-school cooperation practice ability.
