Wenzhou has a tradition of running private schools since ancient times.There have been two peak periods of private school in the Southern Song Dynasty and the late Qing Dynasty.After the founding of New China,with the completion of the three major transformations,private schools were quiet.In 1978,when the horn of reform and opening up sounded,Wenzhou people devoted themselves to education by virtue of the spirit of "dare to be first",and Wenzhou ushered in the third peak of private education in history.Today,Wenzhou’s private education has achieved fruitful development and is known as the "Wenzhou sample" in the field of private education.In these 40 years of school-running practice,Wenzhou private education has gone through several stages of development,and the school-running concepts at different stages have profoundly influenced the school-running practice of Wenzhou private education.The theme of this study is the change of Wenzhou’s private education concept since the reform and opening up.The specific development is as follows:Chapter 1 briefly summarizes the development of Wenzhou education in 1949-1977;Chapter 2 discusses the initial stage of Wenzhou’s private education(1978-1992),because The society’s worship of money,the lack of policy guidance,and the limitations of the private education sponsors’ own literacy."Supremacy of interests" became the educational philosophy of private education at that time.Under the influence of this educational philosophy,"enrollment" was regarded as a school in the practice of private schools.The important task of development is to form a "low,scattered,small"development model.During this period,the development of private education initially eased the shortage of Wenzhou’s education,but overall the quality of private education was low;Chapter 3 stated that in the comprehensive development stage of private education in Wenzhou(1993-2002),due to the correct guidance of the government,"The impact of the concept of "quality-based city" and the objective requirements for the development of students ’quality education,the" benefit-oriented" school concept of Wenzhou private education has changed to" focus on quality".Private education has invested funds to improve school conditions,standardize internal management,and improve the quality of teachers.The method has achieved the improvement of the quality of school running,but its development still has deficiencies;Chapter 4 explains that in the stage of optimization and promotion of private education in Wenzhou(20032018),the idea of private education has been transformed into "pursuing high quality".This period is to achieve the goal of "quality education",private education has reformed the school model and optimized internal management and the level of teachers.There are three reasons for its transformation:the government promotes high-quality education ideas,the competition between schools is intensified,the society is "highquality,personalized" "The emergence of ideas.Private education has achieved fruitful development in this period,but there is still room for improvement.
