The idea of running a kindergarten is the overall guiding ideology of running a kindergarten,and it is a rational understanding and value pursuit of the practice of running a kindergarten.The value orientation of the idea of running a kindergarten is the basic value stand,attitude and tendency held by the value subject when dealing with various relationships,contradictions and conflicts.The value orientation of the kindergarten's idea of running a kindergarten determines the direction of the kindergarten's kindergarten.The recognition of the kindergarten's main body on the idea of the kindergarten is related to the actual effect of the kindergarten's behavior,and is the key to the successful implementation of the kindergarten practice.Combining literature research and the practice of kindergarten work,in this study,in the study of the value orientation of the kindergarten idea,this article took300 kindergarten idea as a research sample,and carried out cluster analysis on the basic position and attitude tendency of the kindergarten idea,and the analysis results showed that : The value orientation of the kindergarten's idea of running a kindergarten covers three aspects,namely,people-oriented idea,kindergarten-oriented idea and culture-based idea.In terms of human-oriented value orientation,the concept of child-oriented,mainly concerned with the personality and social development of children,the concept of teacher-oriented,mainly focused on the professional concept and morality of teachers;Mainly concerned about the return of education to children's lives.On this basis,the value orientation of the kindergarten idea of public and private,inclusive and non-inclusive,urban and rural kindergartens are compared and classified,and the differences in the idea of the kindergarten are found.The investigation and research on the recognition of the concept of kindergarten management aims to investigate the attitudes of the relevant subjects of kindergarten consciously accepting and following the concept of kindergarten management.The main subjects of the kindergarten mainly involve the principal,teachers and parents.This study uses in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to examine the identityof the park owners' conception of each park from three dimensions: cognitive identity,emotional identity,and behavioral identity.Studies have shown that the kindergarten principals have positive and negative identity in terms of cognition and behavior,and positive identity in emotion;teachers and parents have positive and negative identity in cognition,emotion,and behavior.According to the relevant subject's recognition of the concept of the park in which it is located,this study proposes the following suggestions.Staff advance together and guide scientifically to realize the unity of knowledge and action.
