The implementation of talent introduction measures in private colleges and universities is not long.At present,the introduction effect and management level of high-level talents in private colleges and universities need to be improved.It not only fails to achieve the purpose of introducing high-level talents,but also limits the development of high-level talents.High-end talents bear the important responsibility of promoting the development of colleges and universities.This article takes XJ College as an example to analyze the status quo and effects of introducing high-end talents.High-end talents refer to talents with high academic qualifications,high professional titles and high standards.XJ College has been promoting reform and innovation in recent years,and also needs more excellent high-end talents to support.Under the guidance of the theory of knowledge absorption ability,knowledge management and knowledge innovation,this study adopts the literature method,investigation method,statistics method,under the guidance of the knowledge absorption ability theory,the knowledge management theory and the knowledge innovation theory.From the two aspects of knowledge absorption ability and knowledge innovation ability,this paper designs the evaluation index system of the introduction effect of high-end talents in colleges and universities.Taking the teachers of XJ College as a sample,this paper investigates the effect of introducing talents in XJ private colleges and universities,collects the data to carry on the statistical analysis,obtains the problems existing in the introduction of high-end talents in the XJ College,and analyzes the main causes of the problems.It is hoped that through the exploration of these problems,we can promote the effect of introducing talents in private colleges and universities,give full play to the overall competitive advantage of introducing talents,enhance the ability of private scientific research and innovation,and finally improve the overall competitiveness of private colleges and universities in XJ.The introduction of talents is a valuable resource for colleges and universities,but it also poses a problem for the allocation of human resources in colleges and universities.For the introduction of talents,talent introduction is the first step,and the talent capacity is maximized,and rational allocation of talents is the key to university management.At present,the high-end talents introduced by XJ College show the status quo of younger age,single source of professionalism and low level of scientific research ability.To this end,we should build a dynamic evaluation mechanism and system for talent introduction effects,and adjust the plan for talent introduction in light of actual needs.At the same time,we should also do a good job in the management of talents,improve the rationality of talent allocation,and maximize the role and value of high-end talents.
