With the new concept of "double first-class",our country pays more and more attention to the comprehensive strength of higher education,and the quality of its training has been paid more and more attention by the state and all sectors of society.How to cultivate comprehensive talents with both professional and practical abilities has become a major concern of many colleges and universities.Encouraging universities,scientific research institutes,enterprises and governments to participate in the process of collaborative education plays an important role in the training of comprehensive talents.By stimulating the unique resources of all parties,the graduate students can be better integrated talents with both professional and practical abilities in the training mechanism of collaborative education.At the same time,the graduate students can be better integrated into the society when they complete their studies,so as to provide high-value talents that meet the requirements of higher education talents in our country at the present stage.This paper will take the postgraduate students as the training object,and study the universities,research institutes,enterprises,and local governments as the four main subjects,and adopt the combination of self-organization theory and triple helix theory to build a school under the coordination of the school.The purpose of the postgraduate training mechanism in colleges and universities is to further improve the postgraduate training mechanism of colleges and universities,and to improve the comprehensive ability of postgraduate students.Firstly,based on the literature analysis and data analysis,this paper selects the indicators and determines the influencing factors and components of the postgraduate training mechanism under the coordinated education of the university,the institute,and the university.The preliminary conceptual model of the postgraduate training mechanism in colleges and universities,and the survey questionnaire is designed according to the initial conceptual model.Secondly,the reliability of the data collected by the questionnaire is verified by the reliability analysis,regression analysis,and then based on the results of empirical analysis,the initial conceptual model is revised;finally,according to the model of the postgraduate training mechanism of the university under the cooperation of the school,the institute,the school,the institute,the institute Optimization strategies for efficient culture mechanisms.The results show that the operating mechanism at the level of universities and research institutes has significant positive effects on openness,non-linear interaction and fluctuation.The synergy mechanism at the enterprise level has a positive and significant effect on the non-linear interaction and fluctuation.The security mechanism at the government level has a positive effect on openness and fluctuation.Combining with the results of theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the postgraduate training mechanism in Colleges and Universities under the collaborative education of school,enterprise and institute:to improve the guarantee mechanism at the government level by formulating relevant policies and regulations;to establish the collaborative mechanism at the enterprise level by building a communication platform;and to improve the operational mechanism at the University and scientific research institute level by focusing on improving the quality of cooperation.
