Generally,people in Mongolia believe that the low level of animal husbandry is due to insufficient productivity.Therefore,the Mongolian government has gradually urbanized,modernized,and settled the development of animal husbandry.development of.With the economic development entering a new stage,internal changes have also taken place in Mongolia ’s farming,pastoral and migrant workers groups,and farmers and herdsmen have gradually replaced their parents to become the main body of farming,pastoral and migrant workers.They have some new characteristics,new demands,and new problems that are different from the traditional farmers and herdsmen.These demands and accumulation issues have gradually begun to have a negative impact on Mongolia’s political and social stability,sustainable economic development,the happiness of farmers,herdsmen and migrant families,and their personal development.This article uses the literature research method,referring to some academic works and classic literature related to domestic and foreign farmers and herdsmen in China.This paper analyzes the employment of farmers and herdsmen in Mongolia and uses a combination of theory and practice to objectively analyze the employment of Mongolian workers Data analysis,in-depth analysis of the employment status and difficulties faced by Mongolian farmers,herdsmen and farmers,including the overall status of employment of Mongolian farmers,herdsmen and farmers Mainly lies in two aspects of the security system and the employment environment.Then,the comparative analysis method is used to compare the employment environment and policies of farmers,herdsmen and migrant workers in Mongolia and other foreign countries,and draw lessons and enlightenment from it.Finally,it proposes countermeasures to promote the employment of farmers and herdsmen in Mongolia,strengthen the social security of employment of farmers and herdsmen,improve the industrial structure and promote the employment of farmers and herdsmen,encourage enterprises to provide training opportunities for farmers and herdsmen,and enhance the quality of farmers and herdsmen.Employment of farmers,herdsmen and migrants in Mongolia.
