Basketball special teaching is an indispensable part of the sports training profession.How to ensure the quality of basketball special teaching and comprehensively improve students' professional skills and comprehensive quality has become an important topic in basketball teaching.This research will use the literature method,questionnaire survey and other scientific research methods,according to the objectives,content,conditions,implementation,evaluation of these five teaching elements.Conduct a systematic study on the syllabus of the basketball special theory and practice course of sports training in Guangzhou Sport University,and conduct a practical investigation into the syllabus in the implementation process to find out the deficiencies in the implementation of the syllabus,analyze the reasons,and find a solution.method.The conclusions and recommendations of the study are as follows:Conclusions:(1)The teaching content of the sports training program of the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education is very rich and detailed,covering all aspects of the basketball field.However,after investigation,the mastery of basketball tactical basics theory,basketball team tactics theory,basketball teaching and training theory is not very solid,but these areas are closely related to work.(2)The teacher's continued study did not establish a corresponding mechanism,and the teacher had a little less opportunity to go out to study.At present,the supporting textbooks for the basketball training course of the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education have been updated.The number of basketball courts in the school is slightly less,and the rainy weather cannot meet the needs of teaching.(3)In the process of implementing the syllabus,it is found that teachers' innovation in teaching methods is insufficient,and the special teaching methods and methods of basketball for sports training are relatively routine.(4)The evaluation of the basketball syllabus for the sports training professional of the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education is still based on the traditional summative evaluation method,which has certain drawbacks.And the assessment method is relatively traditional,and can not truly reflect the comprehensive strength of students.Suggestions:(1)It is suggested to increase the argumentation and discussion of the syllabusdesign,organize special teaching and research activities,and discuss and summarize the outline.Engage relevant experts to evaluate and organize teaching and research teams to learn the syllabus and operational implementation of outstanding majors.Schools should appropriately increase certain class hours to satisfy students' curiosity,and focus on the teaching content of the planning syllabus according to the actual situation.(2)In the construction of the teaching staff,we should continue to strengthen and improve the construction of teachers' morality,system management and senior professional titles,and strengthen the professional quality of teachers.It is suggested that the school teaching team,under the guidance of the relevant departments,complete the textbook update of the special training course for sports training professional basketball as soon as possible.School management departments should increase support for sports training professional teaching,increase capital investment,improve teaching facilities,add teaching equipment,gradually improve teaching conditions,meet students' desire for learning,and promote the development of teaching.(3)In the implementation of teaching,schools should continue to strengthen the professional quality of teachers,encourage teachers to innovate teaching methods and means,and bring more colorful teaching methods and methods into the classroom.(4)In the assessment method,we must pay attention to the process evaluation and reform the traditional method of assessment.In the assessment plan,conditions including hidden factors such as the student's will quality,comprehensive ability,progress,normal performance,and individual differences should be formulated.Cultivate students' practical ability and improve their social adaptability in the future.
