| As an important part of vocational education system in China,secondary vocational education shoulders the mission of delivering a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the development of national industrial economy.However,at present,there are some common problems in secondary vocational education,such as the slightly old teaching method,the relatively simple organizational form,and the students’ lack of learning interest and independent learning ability,which restrict the cultivation of students’ professional skills and innovation consciousness.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers on the front-line to keep pace with the trend,constantly update the teaching concept,optimize the teaching design,and improve the teaching quality.The combination of international maker movement and innovative education had led to the creation of maker education.Maker education,as a new innovative education mode,emphasizes the cultivation of students’ ability to actively explore and solve problems actively in real situations.It can turn the passive learning situation around in which students relied too much on teachers and textbooks,and it reflects students’ cognitive dominant position,and finally promotes students’ practical ability and innovative consciousness,which has great reference on reform of current classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.This paper firstly used literature research method to review the current researches of maker education and vocational Inventor teaching design at home and abroad,and defined the core concepts,such as maker education,idea of maker education,instructional design.Then,guided by constructivism,Dewey’s "learning by doing",theory of multiple intelligence and other theoretical ideas,combined with personal teaching experience and requests of secondary vocational professional courses,based on the idea of maker education,the paper constructed an instructional design model,and then made a specific analysis and design of various elements of secondary vocational Inventor teaching design under this model.With two parallel classes’ students of computer graphic design major in the secondary vocational school where the author works as the object of study,the class by traditional instructional design teaching as the control,based on the idea of maker education,the study of Inventor instructional design was carried out.Finally,the paper collected data by means of questionnaires,surveys,interviews and tests,and then verified the feasibility and validity of the instructional design model and the instructional design of Inventor under this model through quantitative and qualitative analysis.The results of research show that the Inventor instructional design based on the idea of Maker Education,such as "innovation,learning by doing,collaborative learning and sharing",fits the students’ learning characteristics of hands-on practice,which makes the acquisition of knowledge more conducive to the secondary vocational students.Moreover,the learning method based on project or task is more conducive to mobilizing students’ learning interest,cultivating students’ practical ability and inspiring students’ cooperative spirit.It is also of great significance in promoting students’ initiative learning,innovation consciousness and improving teachers’ professional level.In addition,the paper finally summarized the shortcomings of the research and proposed a prospect for the future research of computer course teaching based on the idea of maker education. |
