Research On The Interactive Mechanism Construction And Collaborative Development Of College Sports Competition Alliance In Guangdong-hong Kong-macao Greater Bay Area

In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping planned,deployed and promoted the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area personally,and in2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the outline of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Development Plan,which has a wonderful guiding effect in further improving the innovative cooperation mechanism of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area,establishing the relationship of mutually beneficial and win-win cooperative,promoting the construction of Greater Bay Area jointly and building international first-class Bay area and world-class urban agglomeration.Under the guidance of China’s new Great Bay Area construction strategy,the Alliance for Physical Education Development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area was set up in 2018 with the aim of building a platform,promoting communication,coordinated development and serving the society.Sports competition as an important part of physical education,how to promote the development of sports competitions in colleges and universities in Greater Bay Area is one of the big problems we need to solve.Under the new background of Reform’s Restarting,this thesis studies the construction and interactive mechanism and coordinated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area College Sports Competition Alliance by using literature,expert interview,questionnaire and Delphi method,which aim to promote the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area College Sports Competition Alliance,to realize the mutual promotion,cooperative integration and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area college sports competition,and to realize the cultural identity of the three places.The findings of this study are as follows:(1)The main purpose of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area college sports competition is to promote students’ physical health,promote the level of competition in colleges and universities,spread Chinese sports culture,realize the cultural identity of the three places,and help China’s strategic development.At present,there are several problems such as insufficient number of competitions,incomplete development of competition items,low participation in the three universities at the same time,lack of competition policy support,and so on.(2)The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area College Sports Competition Alliance is of great significance and feasibility.The College Sports Competition Alliance of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area studied and constructed the development goals,core ideas,trait,purposes and organization for the government and socially jointly managed sports organizations.(3)The interactive mechanism of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area College Sports Competition Alliance should be composed of coordination interaction mechanism,guarantee interaction mechanism,supervision interaction mechanism and evaluation interaction mechanism.Among them,the coordination interaction mechanism includes department management coordination,decision-making coordination,competition organization coordination,resource guarantee coordination;guarantee interactive mechanism includes material resource guarantee,human resource,science and technology resource guarantee,cultural resource guarantee;supervision interactive mechanism should include rules and regulations and legislative supervision,competition integrity system supervision,competition process management supervision,competition benefit evaluation supervision;evaluation interactive mechanism includes event condition evaluation,competition management evaluation,competition benefit evaluation,cultural heritage evaluation.(4)The cooperative development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area College Sports Competition Alliance should consist of competition management coordination,competition environment coordination,competition culture coordination and competition function coordination.Competition management coordination includes organization management coordination,resource management coordination,information management coordination,emergency management coordination;competition environment coordination should include material environment coordination,human environment coordination,field environment coordination,watching environment coordination;competition culture coordination should include material culture coordination,system culture coordination,spiritual culture coordination,behavior culture coordination;competition function coordination should include fitness function coordination,educational function coordination,cultural function coordination,entertainment function coordination.
