"The rise and fall of nations depends on education;Teachers are the foundation of education." Teacher specialization is an important trend and direction of China’s educational reform.Since 2010,the state has issued a series of documents to promote the new development of preschool education.With the increasing importance of preschool education,kindergarten education,as an important part of preschool education,has gradually become a hot topic.The role and status of preschool teachers in the development of children has been unprecedentedly affirmed.On the other hand,with the adjustment of the national birth policy,the social demand for preschool teachers is increasing.At the same time,with the improvement and stability of the enrollment rate of children,the academic circle,the industry and the society have put forward higher requirements on the ability of preschool teachers,and the educational goal of simply guaranteeing the educational opportunities of children has begun to shift to providing high-quality preschool education services for children and their parents.This study focuses on the professional ability of preschool teachers in Suzhou Industrial Park in the following aspects.First of all,the kindergarten teacher professional ability includes: the environment embodied,creation and utilization,organization and conservation of daily life,support and guidance of game activities,planning and implementation of educational activities,encouragement and evaluation,exchange and cooperation,reflection and development in the process of early childhood education.Secondly,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods were used to study the professional competence of preschool teachers in Suzhou Industrial Park.According to the research results,the professional competence of preschool teachers in Suzhou Industrial Park is found to exist problems such as,the ability of creating and using educational environment is insufficient,significant differences in game organization,educational activity planning and implementation,communication and cooperation and so on,and analyzes the causes of these problems from the following aspects: the importance of the government,the training mechanism,the incentive mechanism,the support and guidance of the kindergarten.Finally,in view of the existing problems of preschool teachers’ professional ability in Suzhou district,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from four aspects: strengthening the care and support of the government,enriching the training mode of preschool teachers,strict institutional management and improving the governance model of preschool institutions.
