The state’s emphasis on vocational education and the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy have caused the academic community to pay more attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit among students of vocational colleges.The existing research on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students focuses on the macro research of connotation value,and the research on its practice mode and cultivation path is not in-depth enough.This paper will further explore the status quo and dilemma of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students under the cultivation mode of combining work with study,so as to provide new operational countermeasures.On the basis of following the logical relationship of education,this paper investigates850 students in five secondary vocational schools from five dimensions: subjective cognition,policy system,school environment,school teaching and practice.Teachers and managers of five secondary vocational schools were interviewed from three dimensions: cognitive attitude,training methods and existing problems.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that there are mainly three problems in the cultivation of craftsman spirit among secondary vocational students in the wil mode.Second,there are double contradictions in the practice of combining work with study.Third,school-enterprise cooperation is not fully balanced.Through further analysis,it is found that the root of the problem is that the value of craftsman spirit has not been deeply understood.Single main body of secondary vocational education;Lack of cooperation mechanism to coordinate the interests of multiple parties.For the secondary vocational student’s spirit culture,through the practice of work-integrated learning mode at home and abroad for reference,cultivate the spirit of craftsman and analyze the successful experience of the typical case,this study from two aspects: macro and micro strategy: to improve the macro level,clear the value orientation of talent training,and promote the secondary vocational education model of the double main body education,build participating university-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and perfecting the relevant laws,regulations and policy system;Under the overall planning of macro policies,specific implementation measures were proposed for the four main bodies ofthe government,enterprises,schools and industry associations,so as to provide beneficial reference and reform ideas for the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students under the mode of combining work with study.
