Since Premier Li Keqiang first wrote ’ craftsman spirit ’ in the government work report in2016,the cultivation of craftsman spirit has been highly concerned by experts and scholars in technical colleges and has become a hot topic,which is a great pleasure.Cultivating great craftsmen requires craftsman spirit,but what is craftsman spirit ? How to cultivate ? This is not only an urgent problem to be solved,but also a difficult problem that plagues technical colleges.In this regard,this paper has done a lot of research work.On the basis of practice,it has explored an effective path for the organic integration o f craftsman spirit and talent training of work-integrated learning,which can provide useful reference for technical colleges.This paper takes how to organically integrate the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the cultivation of work-integrated learning talents as the research object.On the basis of fully exploring the theoretical basis and practical basis,this paper comprehensively investigates the current situation of the integration of craftsman spirit into the cultivation of work-integrated learning talents,finds out the shortcomings,analyzes the deep reasons,puts forward solutions,and innovatively constructs a distinctive ’ rudder ’ type of work-integrated learning talent training model.Taking the CNC machining(CNC lather)specialty of Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Technician College as an example,the operability and practicability of the ’rudder ’ mode are verified by practice.It is determined that the ’ rudder ’ type of work-integrated learning training mode can provide theoretical guidance for technical colleges to improve the quality of personnel training.The first part determines the research objectives of this study through literature analysis.This part fully analyzes the current situation of the national innovation-driven strategy and the urgent need for a large number of large-scale craftsmen in the process of the transformation from Made in China to Intelligent Manufacturing in China,and points out that the talent training in technical colleges does not match the requirements of the new era.On the basis of comprehensively and deeply combing the research status at home and abroad of the training mode of craftsman spirit and work-integrated learning,it is found that there is little research on the integration of craftsman spirit and work-integrated learning talent training mode in technical education,so as to accurately determine the purpose,significance,content,ideas,research priorities and innovation of this paper.The second part seeks theoretical support through literature analysis.The connotation of craftsman spirit is accurately defined,and the contemporary value of craftsman spirit is explained.The connotation model of craftsman spirit is innovatively constructed to promote the synchronous development of craftsman spirit and the times.This paper explains the meaning of the combination of work and study,sorts out the relationship between “ work ”and “ study ”,and clarifies the requirements for the combination of the two.After full research and comparison,established the constructivist theory,social cognitive career theory,the comprehensive development of human theory,Dewey ’ s " learning by doing " theory,ability-based thinking as the theoretical basis for this study,to ensure that the scientific nature of this study,academic,reasonable.The third part analyzes the realistic basis for the integration of craftsman spirit cultivation and work-integrated learning talent cultivation through literature.It is determined that the cultivation of craftsman spirit and the cultivation of work-integrated learning talents are highly consistent,that is,they have the same goal,the same benefit object,the same value orientation,the same essence connotation and the same practice path.The integration of craftsman spirit into the cultivation of work-integrated learning talents is of great significance,which is beneficial to the school to create characteristic brands,the all-round development of students,strengthen students ’ self-management,and improve students ’ employment competitiveness.The fourth part investigates the teachers and students of 7 technical colleges in Guangxi and the employees of 6 enterprises in order to understand the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of students in technical colleges.The survey found that there are these outstanding problems in the integration of craftsman spirit into the training of work-integrated learning talents in technical colleges.First,the requirements of talent training objectives for the cultivation of craftsman spirit are not accurate.Second,the lack of enterprise participation leads to the lack of synergy in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.Third,the training route for the gradual growth of craftsman spirit is not clear.Four is that the imperfect system of craftsman spirit cultivation is not rich.5 The quality assurance system of craftsman spirit training is not perfect.Therefore,this paper puts forward the solution of systematically revising the talent training scheme,reconstructing the talent training mode of work-integrated learning,and integrating the cultivation of craftsman spirit into the whole process of talent training of work-integrated learning.The fifth part innovatively constructs a distinctive “ rudder ” shape talent training mode of work-integrated learning.By analyzing the survey results of literature review and based on the connotation and composition of talent training mode,a standardized mode that can provide guidance for the integration of craftsman spirit into the talent training reform of work-integrated learning in technical colleges is constructed.The sixth part,based on the solution of integrating craftsman spirit cultivation into the whole process of work-integrated learning talent cultivation,takes the numerical control machining(numerical control lather)specialty of Guangxi Mechanical and Electrical Technician College as an example,and details the process of reconstructing the talent cultivation mode of work-integrated learning in this specialty.That is,integrating craftsman spirit cultivation requirements to optimize the talent cultivation objectives and training specifications,construct the “ three blocks and three carriers ” three-dimensional education block group,optimize the professional curriculum system according to the “ three-order progressive ”,optimize the professional curriculum content by using the curriculum matrix method,systematically design the “ three stages ” enterprise practice,and construct the school-enterprise school-running community,establish the school-enterprise mixed teaching staff,improve the connotation construction of the practice base,and improve the evaluation system.Practice has proved that the reform has achieved the expected effect.After the reform,the students of this major have undergone positive changes in many aspects,the professional quality and skill level have been significantly improved,the participation of enterprises in running schools has been more in-depth,and the satisfaction of graduates has been significantly improved.A teacher with noble moral skills has been constructed,and the teaching results are fruitful.
