| In recent years,the government has continued to increase its reform efforts and policy support for vocational education,which has laid the foundation for the rapid development of vocational education.As an important part of China’s national education system,secondary vocational education has delivered a large number of high-quality workers for China’s economic and social development.At the same time,General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of "building moral character" as the central link of education and the importance of ideological and political education in all aspects of the education system.As a positive value and source of thought,promoting the organic integration of "craftsman spirit" with secondary school ideological and political education is not only conductive to enriching the content of secondary school ideological and political education and adding vitality to "craftsman spirit",but also conducive to the cultivation of "moral and technical talents" in secondary schools.Therefore,it is important to combine "craftsmanship" with secondary vocational education and embed the elements of "craftsmanship" into the secondary vocational curriculum.This paper uses a combination of case study methods,questionnaires and observation methods to select two typical teaching design activities of a national model provincial secondary vocational school of finance and economics,in which the element of "craftsmanship" is embedded into the secondary "Basic Accounting" course.Firstly,we analyzed the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and evaluation to explore the methods of embedding the element of "craftsmanship" into the secondary "Basic Accounting" course.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to compare and analyze the teaching effects of the case study in terms of the cultivation of the five dimensions of students’ "craftsmanship".At the same time,the rules of teaching design of the case study were sorted out,and the salient features of the element of "craftsmanship" embedded in the "Basic Accounting" course were summarized.Finally,according to the specific situation of the case,the optimization path of embedding the element of "craftsmanship" into the basic accounting curriculum of secondary school is proposed in five aspects: personal growth,responsibility,excellence,valuing reputation and perseverance.According to the case study of this paper:Firstly,embedding the element of "craftsmanship" into the "Basic Accounting" course of secondary schools can bring into play the function of professional course to cultivate morality and promote teachers’ teaching and students’ learning;secondly,embedding "craftsmanship" into the "Basic Accounting" courses can effectively cultivate and enhance students’ overall quality of "craftsmanship".Thirdly,secondary schools and teachers of professional courses should further improve students’ "craftsmanship" from the five perspectives:students’ personal growth,responsibility,excellence,valuing reputation and perseverance,and form a whole-person,whole-process and all-round education pattern.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the integration of "craftsmanship" with the curriculum of secondary-level finance and economics majors. |
