Research On The Current Situation Of Full-time Master Of Physical Education In Shanxi Universities

With the rapid development of our country's economic level and the increasing influence in the world,the sports industry in our country has also developed rapidly.At the same time,the quality requirements of the sports applied talents are also increasing.The needs of sports applied talents also raise higher and higher requirements for the training mechanism of colleges and universities.In order to meet the large demand for high level sports talents,the Ministry of education began to recruit full-time undergraduate graduates from the master of physical education in 2009.This policy has promoted the reform of master degree of full-time physical education.To a certain extent,it also indirectly promoted the optimization of the curriculum for the master of physical education.At present,there are 38 kinds of professional degrees in China,and the master of physical education is one of them.Since the founding of a master's degree in Physical Education in 2005,there are 4 training directions for the master's degree in physical education,specifically: physical education,competition organization and management,sports training and social sports guidance.China is in a period of rapid economic development,with the implementation of The Belt and Road central policy,rising international status,sports professional master degree is set up to political and economic development better,cultivate the applied a large number of senior sports talents,the rapid economic development of our country provides security personnel and push Effect.This paper takes the curriculum of four full-time sports masters enrolled in Shanxi University,Taiyuan University of Technology,North Central University and Shanxi Normal University as the research object,studies the training program of the national full-time physical education master,enriches the more scientific curriculum,and promotes the reform of the master's degree in the full-time Physical Education in Shanxi province.Shanxi province sports master's degree training and curriculum provide reference.The results show that:1.The four colleges and universities in Shanxi province have relevant specific requirements for the training of the physical education master's practical ability,but the degree of attention is not enough.The students have not been able to have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of their own specialty.2.The general credit arrangement of professional master's degree in four universities in Shanxi is different,which is within the scope of the national guidance plan.Shanxi University,Taiyuan University of Technology,North Central University and Shanxi Normal University have all set elective courses,but the proportion of elective courses is too small,and the number of courses that can be chosen is not much.3.The school should fully reflect the characteristics of the school itself and the master of physical education,and then guide the students to choose the correct concept of employment.
