Due to the particularity of the content and nature of the work,the management of staff in private colleges needs to emphasize the processes and results of their work.Therefore,the application of performance appraisal methods in general enterprises may be invalid in this context.As the core of human resource management,performance appraisal has become the decisive factor for organizations to survive and develop in the competitions.Based on this,this paper taking the WTBU continuing education college as an example,implement and evaluate the application and effect of the performance evaluation management of the point system in the enterprise.Firstly,in this study,56 questionnaires were distributed in the whole college,and 10 employees were selected in a stratified random sample for interview research.The results of the two surveys were combined to diagnose the specific problems in the current performance appraisal management of the college.Secondly,in order to help the college effectively get out of this predicament,this study introduced the concept of point system,designing and operating the performance evaluation management system of the point system.After running for half a year,the research again evaluated the effect of the system and proposed improvement suggestions.Finally,a new performance evaluation management system of WTBU continuing education college,based on the original KPI performance evaluation system,supplemented by the point system management system was established,highlighting the effect of guidance for the employees.This research provides a scientific reference guide for the application of the point system management in the human resource management of Chinese enterprises.It absorbs and applies the advanced frontier performance management concepts to the same type of enterprises.When using the point system performance appraisal management method,it provides important theoretical guidance and practical cases. |
