Along with the extraordinary development of high education,the high education reform has been making great achievements.After entering the 21 st century,the great cause of our country has gradually realized the transition from elite talents to the cultivation of popular talents.High education is no longer a public welfare undertaking.So,colleges and universities must independently face the society to recruit students according to relevant laws and regulations,as well as comply with the rule of market survival and the fitness.At the same time,the financial managements of colleges and universities are also facing more and more challenges and difficulties.And the original financial management concepts and financial management models have not adapted to the development requirements in the new era.So,it’s of much significance to how to face the new problems in the new situation,as well as reconstruct new financial management procedures for high education institutions.Based on the summaries of all research results related to business process reengineering theory and financial management theories in higher learning institutions at home and abroad,with application of multiple research methods of business process reengineering theory,modern information techniques,as well as the combination of standard analyses and study cases,by taking Y University as research object,this paper deeply explored the existing financial-process reengineering issues in higher learning institutions of our country.The research content of this paper mainly included three parts in total.The first part introduced relevant theoretical analyses,covering a series of literature reviews and related theories about financial process reengineering in higher learning institutions of our country.And the second part mainly involves in typical case studies.By introducing Y University as research object,it made a deep analysis on the current issues in practical finance-management process of this university,as well as a further exploration around financial process reengineering affairs of Y University.And in the third party,this paper gave the final conclusions and implications.By deeply exploring the above information,this paper achieved a certain opinions and conclusions,mainly covering the following points,such as higher learning institutions shall constantly optimize their current financial-management processes,strengthen financial supervisions and enhance team-constructing affairs.And the shortcoming of this paper lies in lacking information materials.As for the lacks in comprehensive researches and profound insights on financial managements happening in higher learning institutions,some defects can be also seen therein.So,there have still a lot of places worthy for further discussions.
