With the continuous progress of the times,"Internet+education" has become the necessity of development.This change makes the promotion of information technology application ability of primary school teachers very important.The development of "Internet+education" poses new challenges to our primary school teachers.They should not only master professional knowledge,but also constantly improve their information technology application ability to adapt to the development of the times.Based on a comprehensive reference to the documents and academic papers published in May 2014 promulgated by the Ministry of education in May 2014 and the "the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Internet+education" demonstration area construction plan(2018-2022),some teachers in Yinchuan primary school were selected as the research objects,and the research was conducted by means of literature research,questionnaires and interviews.Literature research,this paper studies the information technology application ability of teachers at home and abroad through literature method,summarizes the standard literature of teachers’information technology ability in the United States,UNESCO and Australia,and draws lessons from the experience of developed countries,from which we can get inspiration for the research of teachers’ information technology application ability in China.Current situation analysis,through the survey of H primary school in Yinchuan City,found that primary school teachers’information technology application ability level still needs to be improved.Through questionnaires and interviews,we know that the effect of primary school teachers’participation in information technology training is not very good.Comprehensive analysis shows that the research of primary school teachers’information technology application ability needs to be paid attention to,and it is also the need of the new era.The results of the study,Statistical Analysis Based on Relevant Survey Results,summarize the problems existing in the IT application ability of H primary school teachers in Yinchuan City,put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of IT application ability of teachers in this area,and also provide some help and reference value for similar areas.
