In recent years,with the rapid development of education informatization in our country,Education Departments pay more attention in this area,especially in the development of the ability of applying information technology,teacher's ability of applying information technology plays important role in the development of digital campus.However,according to the situation in Xixian of Henan province,there are still many problems in the application of information technology in the current high school teachers'teaching,far from reaching the standard of information society.Therefore,it's meaningful to the development and process of our teacher,our education career,by inducing the problems of high school teacher in the information technology,analyzing the reasons,exploring the corresponding countermeasures.In this thesis,the writer uses literature method,survey method,comparative method and a variety of research method,according to the frame problem of induction-analysis problem-to solve the problem of writing.The thesis is divided into four parts,namely:The first chapter is introduction.The writer introduces the background,the significance and research ideas,the contents,uses literature collection method to collect,consult and sort a large number of domestic and foreign research literature,laying a good foundation for the research.The second chapter is the status,the problems and the reason of information technology application ability of high school teachers in Xixian of Xinyang in Henan.This paper firstly established the research object,design the questionnaire and interview outline;and then collected questionnaires and interviews,from the teacher's basic information distribution,software and hardware resources of school,the present situation of the construction of teachers' personal information literacy status,the situation of application of information technology in school teaching,the attitude of teachers treating information technology used in teaching and the wishes of the status of the five aspects of data analysis;and then puts forward the high school teachers' information technology application ability in teaching problems from two aspects:schools and teachers school problems of hardware and software is not perfect,the lack of management and regular maintenance,School of information resource construction,the lack of schools do not attach importance to information to enhance the skills of teachers,teachers are the equipment utilization rate is low,different subjects and age in the use of information technology.In lack of knowledge of difference,teacher of information technology teaching,teachers teaching application of the information technology ability is low,and needs to improve the three aspects;finally,we sum up the reasons for these problems are restricting the development of the local economy in the development of education,a direct impact on the school of software and hardware configuration,the school did not establish information resource library for the use of teachers,the school and the teachers of the existing teaching resources using rate is low,operation level of the teachers of information technology is low and the lack of effective information technology ability evaluation feedback mechanism and training mechanism.In the third chapter,according to the investigation result of the three high school in a county of Xinyang in Henan analysis of the problems,combined with local actual situation,from the school and the teacher proposed feasible,measures to improve the ability of application of information technology of high school teachers in the county.Schools can adopt to strengthen school of cognition of the application of information technology in subject teaching,increase capital investment,equipped with dedicated teachers,office equipment,establishing perfect training mechanism and evaluation feedback mechanism and the Countermeasures of information technology and the annual appraisal,promotion linked,and teachers take to promote the concept of teachers'information technology update,improve the school has equipment utilization rate and improve teachers' information literacy and countermeasures.The writer draw conclusion in chapter four,at this chapter,the writer also find out the innovation and the deficiency of this article,and put forward the prospect.
