| Physical education is the most effective means to pursue health and an indispensable part of school education.Colleges and universities are the last stage of cultivating talents with high quality and high standards.During this period,the basic knowledge of physical education mastered by college students will be transformed into social efficiency,and the theoretical knowledge of physical education mastered by students in school can lay a solid foundation for the physical health of "post-student life".Therefore,the teaching of public physical education theory in colleges and universities plays a key role in improving students’ "health quotient".In order to better promote the development of college sports,so that college students in the sports theory study to establish a scientific,good sports habits,develop the consciousness and concept of lifelong sports.This research USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,the semantic difference method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and other research methods,information on the development of public sports theory course in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province as the research object,the selection of old 8 ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities in Shanxi Province as investigation object,through to the implementation of the 8colleges and universities sports theory class,the teacher resources present situation,the students present situation,the teaching material resources environmental resources present situation,the status quo of the five parts of a detailed understanding and analysis,and extract the primary factors influencing the public sports theory course in colleges in Shanxi Province,on this basis,using the Delphi method after three rounds of screening to determine the research target.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weight value of each index and find out the most important index affecting its development.The results show that the main factors affecting the development of public physical education theory courses in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province are the lack of compulsory national policies,the lack of curriculum evaluation system,the lack of class hours,the restriction of school teaching system and the influence of outdated concepts.This study proposes the following strategies for the existing problems: 1.Innovate the teaching mode ofpublic physical education theory;2.Improve the teaching content of public physical education theory courses;3.Establish a variety of teaching channels for physical education theory courses;4.Improve the management system of public body theory teaching;5.Strengthen the management mechanism between teachers and students of public sports theory courses. |
