Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Employment Structure Of The Floating Population

In recent years,China’s economy has maintained a strong growth momentum,people’s lives have been greatly improved,and economic construction has achieved remarkable results.However,China’s economic development model is changing from extensive,quantitative development to intensive,quality.In the new normal state of the economy,China needs to adjust the current economic structure,and the economic structural transformation is in progress.At the same time,the masses of the people have embarked on a wave of floating population in pursuit of a better life.China’s floating population is an important factor in helping the current economic development.The floating population not only has the function of optimizing the allocation of labor resources and improving social labor productivity,but also can promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure.The employment structure of the floating population is directly related to the impact of the floating population on our economy.The academia has a long-term exploration in the field of floating population,and has formed a relatively systematic theoretical framework,which has been studied in terms of reasons for migration,income impact,employment discrimination,identity and social security,although there are some differences among different scholars.However,the current research results can fully study the employment structure of the floating population in all aspects.The existing literature has studied and described the employment problem of the floating population from multiple perspectives,and also analyzed the employment structure of migrant workers,and there are some widely recognized conclusions.However,in the critical period of the current economic structural transformation,if we can study which factors have a significant impact on the employment structure of the floating population,and study the mechanism of various factors affecting the employment structure of the floating population,then there will be a huge boost to China’s current policy implementation.Based on the above,and around the purpose of this study,this article attempts to study the influencing factors of the employment structure of the floating population,and attempts to analyze the different factors affecting the direction and extent of the employment structure of the floating population.To achieve this,this article does a few things:1.Sort out the theories that affect the employment structure of the floating population.The domestic and foreign literatures on the floating population and their decision-making and employment selection are reviewed.It also integrates human capital theory,employment structure and industrial structure theory,and analyzes and summarizes the overall influence mechanism of the floating population employment structure.2.Inductively analyze the new forms of floating population in China in recent years.Based on the monitoring data of China’s floating population,the new characteristics of China’s floating population have been analyzed,and the current situation of China’s floating population has been roughly understood.3.Based on the theoretical analysis and data of the employment structure of the floating population,different econometric models were used to test it empirically.The results show that the employment structure of the floating population is indeed affected by various factors,and the influence of various factors on their employment structure is quite different.4.According to the empirical analysis results,some policy recommendations are given,such as:continue to strengthen the popularization of the social security system and medical insurance system,increase education investment in some areas,and enhance the public service enjoyment of the floating population.This paper studies some influencing factors of the employment structure of the floating population and draws some conclusions.In addition,there are some innovations.This article explores the factors affecting the employment structure of China’s floating population from multiple perspectives.It analyzes not only the impact of each factor on each floating population from a micro perspective,but also the rationality of its employment structure from a macro perspective.This article systematically explains the research objects from the perspectives of macro and micro,qualitative and quantitative,and uses a variety of methods,not only provides a reference for the implementation of relevant strategies at the current stage,but also puts forward some new policy recommendations,and Subsequent research on the employment structure of migrants provides ideas and directions.
