| In recent years,the state has increased its investment in vocational education,and the practical teaching of marketing in secondary vocational schools has developed rapidly.However,it still faces some practical problems that need to be solved,such as the lack of a production-education integration training base,a small proportion of "dual teacher" teachers,small practical teaching hours,and graduates’ weak theoretical knowledge and weak practical ability.This article takes a secondary vocational school in Jiangxi as an example to study the optimization strategy of the practical teaching of the secondary vocational marketing major.First of all,this paper studies the political environment,economic environment,social environment,and technical environment of the practical teaching of the marketing major of this school,proposes that under the macro environment of the current national policy to strongly support the development of vocational education,and the society’s gradual recognition of vocational education training methods,it will be beneficial to the development of the practice teaching of marketing majors in this school..Then,this article conducts a situation analysis of the marketing practice teaching of this school,puts forward the school’s practical teaching experience in teaching and training equipment,curriculum setting,teaching mode,and the problems of marketing professional teachers,the design of student training routes,and the evaluation methods of practical teaching.Then,combined with the situation analysis,the author puts forward a comprehensive strategy for the marketing professional practice teaching system of the school.The system includes a talent training system oriented to the needs of the enterprise,a practice-oriented software and hardware foundation and teaching staff,optimizing teaching content and methods that advance with the times,and establishing performance-related assessment methods.Finally,the author starts with the optimization of the curriculum implementation and training implementation of the marketing professional practice teaching,and takes the school’s "Internet Marketing" courseas an example,puts forward optimization suggestions for the course goals,teaching staff,course content and teaching methods,in-class and out-of-class practice plans,and course assessment plans.And the author further puts forward a comprehensive training program for the school,including training bases,cooperative enterprise platforms,marketing competitions,and campus practice platforms. |
