In recent years,Chinese government has increased investment in secondary vocational education.And vocational schools have cultivated a large number of practical talents.In this process,the role of marketing major can not be ignored and the position of practical teaching of marketing courses is also increasingly important.It is one of the important goals for marketing major to cultivate professional talents that meet market needs.Due to backward of content and method in teaching,poor effect of the teaching and etc,students lack solid professional foundation and practical ability,causing low employment rate of these students.In view of these problems,the practice teaching of marketing courses is studied in a vocational school of Guiyang with questionnaires and interviews.The result shows that there are practical teaching problems such as inadequate preparation and unsatisfactory implementation.The main problems in the preparatory stage are the inconsistency of teaching concept and implementation,and the ambiguity of teaching objectives.In the implementation stage,the main problems include insufficient of teaching methods,backward of teaching contents,unreasonable assessment methods and imperfect practice teaching bases.On the basis of the above problems,the reasons are analyzed from the perspectives of running schools,positioning of running schools,evaluation methods of assessment,investment and participation of teachers.Suggestions can be listed as follows:clarifying the orientation of personnel training in secondary vocational schools;enriching teaching methods and updating teaching content;adopting scientific and effective practice teaching assessment methods;building a dual-qualified team with professional and practical experience;Further increase investment;improve students' self-management ability and self-learning ability.Through the above six aspects,we provide suggestions and references for the practical teaching of marketing courses in secondary vocational schools.
