| The education and training industry is a very traditional business.However,with various kinds of capital entering this market and changes of educational means brought by scientific and technological development,the operating environment of this industry has undergone great changes.Meanwhile,due to small capital input requirements and low threshold of running firms in this area,the number of educational enterprises is tremendous which leads to free competition situation.To some extent,it also makes this industry is increasingly competitive.While paying attention to products,sales,services,processes and systems,companies have to seriously explore their business patterns,hoping to build their core competitiveness through business model innovation.This paper hopes to make a systematic analysis and research on the business model of Taiqi Education Group(refer as Taiqi below)based on the experience gained from serving as a Center Director of its branch school after its establishment.Based on the business model theory and the knowledge of management and economics,the author makes a systematic analysis and study on the Taiqi business design,using its education and service products as main objects.In view of the practical problems encountered in the operation of this firm,the principles and methods of internal entrepreneurship and innovation combined with the analysis of the business model canvas are applied.Through the research of the macro,meso,micro and internal and external environment of the enterprise,the author have identified the key points of business model links during its operation process.Then optimize and improve its commerce pattern and formulate corresponding safeguard measures,systematically constructing the commerce model system of Taiqi to explore new ideas and means for the innovation of business model.From the perspective of internal entrepreneurship and the deep perspective of achieving endogenous value creation,it focuses on the study of the business model.It have applied the nine elements of business model canvas to analysis this company’s value realization model,and analyzed its’ advantages and disadvantages and market segmentation from the aspects of PEST,five-force model and SWOT.Then,it puts forward the innovation plan of the company model,and finally gives the guarantee measures from three aspects of organizational structure,organizational system and corporate culture.This paper aims at innovating business pattern of Taiqi,providing suggestions and support for its sustainable development in the future,as well as providing reasonable solutions for the exploration and research of internal entrepreneurship.Although the research in this paper is based on the basic situation of Taiqi,considering that it is a listed enterprise on New OTC Market in the field of postgraduate training,the study on it has certain reference significance for the exploration of commercial mode and internal entrepreneurship of other enterprises in the whole education and training industry. |
