In the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation by all people",social entrepreneurship activities that shoulder the mission of solving social problems have received great attention and development,and various social enterprises have emerged as the times require.This article takes Guizhou Province Siyuan Charities Association(GSCA)as an example,and draws on the traditional multi-dimensional analysis method of business model.It uses the four-part and nine-element model of the business model of Osterwalder and Pigneur to analyze the GSCA's charity business model.Research on core resources,value proposition,customer relationship,channel access,customer segmentation,cost structure,income source,etc.,and compare it with the current domestic “Buy42.com” which adopts a similar business model to verify the feasibility of GSCA's innovative charity business model It analyzes the existing social entrepreneurship and social enterprise business models,analyzes the business path and innate shortcomings of its development,and proposes a new model of charity business model,the charitable business model.This article focuses on the development of voluntary public welfare activities,the establishment of non-profit organizations,and the creation of for-profit enterprises that are mainly engaged in social services or social interests,and studies its theoretical framework.The energy for-profit organization,after introducing the innovation of charity business model,then nurtures the process of supporting charity and charity,forms a logical closed loop,opens a new path for the charity business model,accumulates experience for the transformation of charitable charity organizations,and studies on the business model of social enterprises Put forward new exploration directions.After research and discussion,this article puts forward the theoretical basis and verifies the applicability of the charity business model created by the charity organization,and explores the feasibility and long-term sustainability of the new charity business model in the GSCA charity organization's charitable entrepreneurial innovation and sustainable development of charity.The research in this article draws the following conclusions:(1)The innovation of charity business model should strengthen its credibility.Kindness is also worldly,worldly is business,business is humane;human beings are untrustworthy,industry is unreliable,trust is the cornerstone of the development of all public welfare undertakings,and it is the lifeline of the development of charity business models.All charitable business models are built on the basis of transparency and credibility,so as to gain people's hearts.People's hearts are the largest market.It is the only product in the world.Building credibility is the only way to build a charity business model.(2)The charity business model should follow corporate management.Although the philanthropy business model in the environment of public welfare and entrepreneurship is not a standard enterprise form,its operating forms and systems are similar to the enterprise.Charitable organizations also have problems similar to corporate development,such as the ineffectiveness of capital investment,that is,charitable funds are wasted in organizational operations and inefficient projects.The philanthropic business model should follow corporate management,build a performance evaluation mechanism and establish a supervisory management system.The performance evaluation mechanism refers to adopting certain requirements and standards,and using scientific management and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the stable development of the organization and achieve the desired goals of the organization.A strict supervision and management system can ensure the purity of charitable organizations.Charitable organizations must not only strengthen the management of charitable funds to prevent the ambiguity of the use of funds,but also strengthen the training of talents to improve the efficiency of the organization.(3)Diversified collaboration of charity business models.The commercialization model of charity integrates charitable organizations with commercialization.It requires both the improvement of charitable organizations and the participation and collaboration of the government and society.Government supervision,social support,and commercial operation of charitable organizations,and multi-party cooperative governance can promote the innovation and development of charitable business models.The innovation of charity commercialization model must put government supervision as the main body.The government should guide and regulate the development of charitable organizations and clarify their development direction.Social support for the development of the charity business model can better improve the charity awareness and behavior of the people,donors and recipients,promote social governance,and guide the society to monitor the progress of the charity business model.The innovation of this article is to sort out the relevant theories of charitable business models,study their practical cases,redefine them,and try to innovate the business model analysis;this article uses "customers","users","consumers" "The three different role portraits and functional positionings define donors,recipients,and influencers.Different from commercial enterprises,customers,users,and consumers often have the same concept and personality,and provide a charitable business model.New conceptual positioning and practice paradigm;research on charity business models attempts to show that the highest realm of a business enterprise is a charitable enterprise,and the best business model that echoes it is the national model,making due theoretical response and reality for the development of public welfare and charity call.The author of this article is deeply involved in the whole process of charitable entrepreneurship and philanthropy business.It is a summary of experience while practicing.By analyzing the nine-element model of the traditional business model,I try to explore the feasibility and innovation of GSCA's philanthropy business model.Learning from foreign practical cases,sandbox deduction and organizational restructuring according to the newly selected business model,with a view to creating a feasible new charitable business model that can be promoted,and using the credible resources of charitable organizations and the platform of image dissemination to create a "benefit charity" The new model of "commodities" has certain reference value for domestic public welfare organizations or charities and social enterprises at this stage.
