| As an important part of social entrepreneurship, college student entrepreneurship has unlimited potential in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and leading the industrial transformation of scientific and technological development, and is an important force for promoting scientific and technological transformation. Therefore, the research on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness has always been a research hotspot in related fields.Through the summary of previous literature,it is found that the focus of most relevant research is on the research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial willingness, often ignoring the research on the factors affecting entrepreneurial behavior, and in the real world, not all college students with entrepreneurial intentions finally choose entrepreneurship. In response to this problem, this thesis attempts to use the structural equation model to incorporate entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial preparation, supplemented by "(pursuit)novelty, money view,self-efficacy,gender,achievement needs, status pursuit, and school support" into a moderated mediation model.According to the theory of planning behavior,on the basis of the previous entrepreneurial willingness model,a mediating effect model with entrepreneurial willingness as the mediating variable, entrepreneurial readiness as the endogenous variable, and "(pursuit)freshness, money view,self-efficacy,and gender" as the exogenous variables was constructed, and whether the mediating effect in the mediation model was significantly explored was explored. At the same time, the literature shows that the personality traits of college students and the school’s support for entrepreneurship often affect the relationship between entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, this thesis introduces "achievement need, status pursuit, and school support" into the mediation model as regulatory variables, completes the construction of the moderated mediation model, and uses the latent modulation structure equation(LMS method)to analyze the moderated mediation effect, which empirically tests the research hypothesis proposed in this thesis. This thesis finally draws three conclusions: First, the concept of money and self-efficacy can significantly positively affect the emergence of college students’ entrepreneurial preparation behavior, that is,the clearer the understanding and desire for money, the more entrepreneurial preparation behavior of college students. They believe that the stronger their ability to work and leadership, the more entrepreneurial readiness behaviors they have. The pursuit of novelty cannot significantly affect the emergence of college students’ entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Second, entrepreneurial willingness plays a mediating role between novelty and entrepreneurial preparation,self-efficacy and entrepreneurial preparation, but the mediating effect between money concept and entrepreneurial preparation is not significant. That is,the pursuit of novelty and the recognition of self-ability can affect entrepreneurial readiness by influencing entrepreneurial willingness.Third, achievement needs, status pursuit and school support have a significant negative moderating effect on the second half of "novelty/money view/self-efficacy→ entrepreneurial willingness →entrepreneurial preparation",that is,in this intermediary model, the impact of entrepreneurial willingness on entrepreneurial preparation will decrease with the improvement of achievement needs, status pursuit and school support level. This thesis finally draws three conclusions: first, the concept of money and selfefficacy can significantly positively affect the production of college students’ entrepreneurial preparation behavior, that is,the clearer the understanding and desire for money, the more entrepreneurial preparation behavior of college students; They believe that the stronger their ability to work and leadership, the more entrepreneurial readiness behaviors they have. The degree of freshness and gender had no significant effect on the emergence of college students’ entrepreneurial preparation behavior.Second, entrepreneurial willingness plays a mediating role between novelty,gender,self-efficacy and entrepreneurial preparation, while the mediating effect between money concept and entrepreneurial preparation is not significant. That is,gender, the pursuit of novelty, and the recognition of self-ability can influence entrepreneurial readiness by influencing entrepreneurial willingness.Third, the relationship between entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial readiness was negatively regulated in the theoretical model of "novelty/money view/self-efficacy/gender→ entrepreneurial willingness →entrepreneurial preparation",that is,in this intermediary model, the influence of entrepreneurial willingness on entrepreneurial readiness decreased with the improvement of achievement need, status pursuit and school support level. The research focus of this thesis is to establish and enrich the mediation model with entrepreneurial intention as the mediating variable and entrepreneurial behavior as the endogenous variable, and improve the relevant research on "entrepreneurial intention →entrepreneurial behavior",which makes up for the lack of attention to entrepreneurial behavior in previous entrepreneurship-related research. It provides a theoretical basis for universities and governments to formulate effective entrepreneurial support policies, and provides strong support for improving the entrepreneurship rate of college students in China. |
