China possesses the largest population, the biggest education system and the greatest number of teachers all the world around, as a result, how to administrate and distribute well of education human resources, increase the utilization ratio and efficiency of it and solve the present problem of the shortage and improper distribution pattern of it has been becoming an extremely vital issue.The age of knowledge economy calls for the modernization of education and the modernization of education is based on the informationalization of it, which is bound to shed an overwhelming influence on the distribution of the education human resources and the management of it. By means of the Internet, this new mode intends to build up a communicating system of sharing intellectual resources between school and society. A strong attachment is attempted to create to combine the distribution of human resources of school and society, which will help to generate plural modes of education human resource distribution, to develop the best potential of different human resources and to turn school, in the real sense, into an open social technological place.By integrating the reexamination of the present situation of education human resource distribution in China with the concepts of innovation, information, openness and eco, this research has put forward a new mode of human resource distribution in school. Important proof of this new mode has been conducted both theoretically and practically. What's more, by taking the fact of the information age into account, this research further proves that Internet has provided possibility and feasibility of the open to the society mode of human resource distribution. Through substantial investigation and research, this paper has proposed the actual process of the new mode of human resource distribution, on the ground of which, the value of this new mode shows itself obviously, namely, the pluralism, interaction and the integrity of education human resource distribution and management.
