Research On Population Distribution Changes During High Urbanization Period In Tianjin Main Urbanized-area

Since 2000,the economic development of China has gradually turned into a new state.In the same time,urban construction in highly urbanized areas has begun to bid farewell to the large-scale,high-speed and extension-type model,which gradually moves towards a compact,intensive and even stock-renewal one.With the continuous deepening of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,the optimization and reconstruction of population spatial distribution pattern in this area has become the key feature of current national strategic.Deepening the understanding of the spatial and temporal characteristics of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei population distribution and its influencing factors is of positive significance.Tianjin is a mega-city in the north of China.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of urbanization level,the growth rate of resident population has slowed down gradually,and even appeared negative growth.With the decrease of population at the macro level,the renewal and reconstruction of built environment is bound to take place at the micro level.From the summary of related studies on the evolution of population pattern at home and abroad,due to the limitation of data,there is almost no research on the changes of population distribution in Tianjin in recent years.In view of the special state of Tianjin,it is of great significance to study the changes of population pattern and the actual changes of its built space.Based on the above,this paper chooses the main urban area as the research scope and takes the township streets as the research object to further analyze the evolution characteristics of population pattern,explore its factors and mechanisms,and put forward corresponding planning strategies.The main research contents are as follows: The first chapter is the introduction,which defines the scope and basic concepts of the research and gives the research framework of the paper based on the analysis of the background and the literature review at home and abroad.The second and third chapters discuss the evolution characteristics of population pattern.This paper studies the characteristics of population pattern evolution in the main urban area from the perspective of population quantity and population structure.The fourth and fifth chapters are the exploration of the influencing factors of population pattern evolution.From the two aspects of economic-social factors and facility factors,this paper analyses the factors,including economy,population structure,road facilities,track station distribution,medical facilities,educational facilities and commercial facilities.The sixth chapter is about mechanism and strategy.Through the analysis of influencing factors and mechanisms,this paper puts forward strategies for the current planning of the main urban areas,supplemented by empirical research.The seventh chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes the research results of the full text and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
