| Volleyball has a history of more than 100 years since it was introduced to China in the 20 th century.Agility quality plays an important role in volleyball players.Excellent agility quality and fast footwork are conducive to the use of skills and tactics in the game,so as to achieve excellent results.Youth is the future of the motherland,the growth of youth reserve force affects the development of competitive volleyball,and agility quality has become the focus of the current youth volleyball and competition.Through consulting relevant literature materials,it is found that most of the researches on the sensitive quality are mainly about football,basketball,taekwondo and small ball,and there are few articles on the sensitive quality of volleyball,especially those on the sensitive quality of teenagers.The 14 th national games was held in shanxi province,but shanxi province volleyball interruption for 23 years,the junior volleyball reserve force is insufficient.According to the needs of the national games,the provincial sports bureau decided to set up a new junior women volleyball team.As the shanxi provincial junior women volleyball team has just been set up,the players’ agility quality is poor,and they cannot complete the application of various skills and tactics well,which directly affects the performance of the competition.In this context,the ladder and jump mat,two emerging training methods into the sensitive quality training.This paper aims to explore whether the training of ladder and jumping mat can affect the sensitive quality of the young women volleyball players in shanxi province and the effect of the training on the sensitive quality.According to the law of physical and mental development of teenagers,combined with the principles of sports training,to seek the advice of the experts,determined a set of suitable training methods for the sensitive quality of teenagers,ladder,jump mat training method to train the sensitive quality of teenagers.The methods of literature review,expert interview and experiment were used to study the sensitivity of the young women volleyball players in shanxi province.In the experiment,10 young women volleyball players from shanxi province who joined the team in the same batch were selected as the experimental group and 10 young women volleyball players from qujiang no.1 middle school who joined the team in the same batch were selected as the control group.The training period was 12 weeks,and they were tested every 6 weeks.Before and after the test,the experimental group and thecontrol group were subjected to five sensitive indicators: reaction time test,15 s fast burials test,cross quadrant jump test,steps test of ladder in and out,and touch height test of vertical jump in situ.The data were collected.SPSS 22.0 PRO statistical software and functional formula were used to analyze the data.This paper analyzes whether the ladder training has significant effect on improving the agility quality of the young women volleyball players.The test results showed that: after 6 weeks of training,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in reaction time,cross quadrant jump,15 s fast burpees and vertical jump in situ touch height four tests(0.01 < P < 0.05).In the movement of steps in and out of the ladder,there was a significant difference in the experimental group(0.01 <P < 0.05),but no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05).After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group there were significant differences in the five tests(0.01 < P < 0.05),including 15 s rapid Burpee have very significant difference(P <0.01),the control group,there was a significant difference in the footwork movement test of sensitive response and ladder in and out(0.01 < P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the other three items(P > 0.05).We draw the following conclusions:1.The training of ladder and jumping mat had a great influence on the athlete’s foot movement ability within 6 weeks,but the improvement of other test results was not significant.Ladder training for 12 weeks has the greatest impact on the athletes’ ability to change their movements quickly.With the improvement of dexterity and the increase of movement difficulty,the nerve conduction speed is accelerated,which has a significant impact on the agility of the athletes,the ability to respond quickly,change direction quickly and the ability to bounce.2.Ladder,jump mat training must continue to train for a period of time,training three times a week or more training time is not less than 10 weeks to have an effect.3.Traditional agility training method can effectively improve the agility and foot movement of athletes.However,the effects on the jumping ability,the ability to change direction quickly and the ability to change movement quickly were not obvious.4.Compared with the traditional agility training,the ladder and jumping mat training has a better effect on improving the agility quality of the young women volleyball players,but the traditional agility training should not be neglected.5.The design of ladder training method combined with the footwork of volleyball practice is conducive to the development of special moving speed.Mattraining belongs to super length training,which is conducive to the development of athletes’ jumping height and meets the height needs of actual combat. |
