Pedagogical students always receive much attention from the nation and the society because of the fact that they will be at the frontline of cultivating the next generation of talents for our country.Since the "12th Five Year Plan",nurturing excellent pedagogical students has become an effective approach to improve China’s educational level.As universities are enrolling more and more students,the "employment difficulty" faced by pedagogical students becomes an important topic that troubles university education.In particular,in underdeveloped region of western China--the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,where the economy and educational standards are still far below the national standards,the employment issue of pedagogical students has posed more and more influences on the balanced development of Guangxi’s universities and education of the whole region.It also affects Guangxi’s social and economic development as well as the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.This research unfolds with this issue in mind.From a managerial perspective,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the employment difficulty from multiple dimensions,including national policy,social demand,running of universities and colleges and competencies of graduates themselves.It thus proposes specific solutions to offer some countermeasures against the employment difficulty of pedagogical graduates of one university in Guangxi.This paper also serves as a valuable reference for the objective of talent cultivation of pedagogical students in Guangxi.This Paper consists of four parts: c hapter 1 is the introduction,which first elaborates the significance and purpose of the topic.It studies the employment status quo of pedagogical graduates,internal and external factors,jobs of pedagogical graduates,countermeasures and conducts literature analysis and literature review of the theories.After that,it analyzes and defines key concepts such as pedagogical graduates in Guangxi and employment.Lastly,it introduces the methodology,this paper uses investigation method and case analysis met hod.In chapter 2,it tracks and studies the employment quality of pedagogical graduates of one university in Guangxi with a focus on the employment status quo of university graduates and pedagogical graduates in Guangxi.It digs up the employment status q uo of graduates from several aspects,such as scale and structure of graduates,employment rate and whereabouts after graduation.Through a tracking investigation of the employment quality of pedagogical graduates of one university in Guangxi,this paper s tudies and analyzes the employment situations and changes of them after one-year of work.It also examines the quality of talent cultivation,predicts the talent demand trend and proposes suggestions regarding the manners of which the students are cultivated and effective countermeasures for talent cultivation of pedagogical students.C hapter 3 exploits the research results of the first two chapters and discovers the causes of and solutions for the employment difficulty faced by pedagogical students in one university of Guangxi.The last chapter presents the countermeasure study of employment difficulty faced by pedagogical graduates of one university in Guangxi.This study focuses on the employment issues challenging the pedagogical graduates,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for improvement of the said issues to promote the employment of education major graduates and talent cultivation in universities and colleges.
