Research On Mechanism Of Social Interpersonal Capitalization On Entrepreneurship Bricolage

Facing the upcoming of 5G era and the dynamic and complex market environment,new startups are trying to seek development and innovation in the context of resource dilemmas,and entrepreneurs try to achieve their deeds and achievements in a fierce social environment,relying only on the resources of the enterprise itself and the individual itself are far from being realized.With the rapid dissemination of information,individual entrepreneurs are exposed to a non-vacuum environment surrounded by information.This information is an important source for entrepreneurs to piece together and integrate.At the same time,the process of capitalizing information also generates Dual-systems model reaction for individual entrepreneurs,which further affects entrepreneurial behavior.Based on this,the sociological research variable of "interpersonal capitalization" was creatively introduced into the field of entrepreneurship,and based on the Dual-systems model etc.,the study of social interpersonal capitalization promoted entrepreneurial bricolage behavior through entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial learning.The model also examines the boundary effect of environmental dynamics,and makes a certain theoretical contribution to opening the black box of pre-factors that influence entrepreneurial bricolage.Through multi-stage data collection,this research finally used sample data of 340 entrepreneurs to conduct empirical analysis using software such as SPSS26.0 and MPLIUS8.0.The results show that: firstly,social interpersonal capitalization positively affects individual entrepreneurial bricolage;Secondly,social interpersonal capitalization positively affects entrepreneurial passion,social interpersonal capitalization positively affects entrepreneurial learning;Thirdly,entrepreneurial passion positively affects entrepreneurial bricolage,and entrepreneurial learning positively affects entrepreneurial bricolage;Fourthly,entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial learning play a partial mediating role in the impact of social interpersonal capitalization on entrepreneurial bricolage;Fifthly,Environmental dynamics negatively moderate the effects of social interpersonal capitalization on entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial learning,respectively;environmental dynamics negatively moderate the indirect effects of social interpersonal capitalization on entrepreneurial bricolage through entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial learning,respectively.To sum up,the main innovations and contributions of this essay are as follows:firstly,sort out and summarize the definition and connotation of social interpersonal capitalization,and improve the measurement method of this variable in the Chinese context;Secondly,expand the pre-factors of entrepreneurial bricolage.The essay opens up the black-box mechanism of the impact of social interpersonal capitalization on entrepreneurial bricolage;Thirdly,clarify the boundary conditions for the impact mechanism of social interpersonal capitalization on entrepreneurial bricolage,enriching the "dark side" research on the impact of environmental dynamics on entrepreneurial behavior;Finally,the research results are discussed and explained in combination with relevant theories,get conclusion and outlook on deficiencies and future directions.
