Research On The Influence Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Resource Sharing On Entrepreneurial Performance

The era of sharing economy is coming,government,universities and all walks of life can provide entrepreneurial resource sharing for college students through a shared platform to help college entrepreneurs develop entrepreneurial opportunities and promote entrepreneurial performance.The logical connection among resource,opportunity and performance has solid theoretical support.But in the face of the impact of the sharing economy,the traditional scattered entrepreneurial resources rely on the sharing platform to form the sharing of entrepreneurial resources,and the impact on entrepreneurial opportunity development and entrepreneurial performance has also changed.At the same time,considering that college students' entrepreneurship is easily affected by the external environment,the role of environmental dynamics is also worthy of attention.Based on this,this study aims to discuss how entrepreneurial resource sharing faced by college entrepreneurs today will affect entrepreneurial opportunity development and entrepreneurial performance and the mediating effect of entrepreneurial opportunity development,considering the adjustment effect of environmental dynamics,in order to clarify the influence mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial resources sharing on entrepreneurial performance.Therefore,based on theories of entrepreneurial performance,resource base,and entrepreneurial opportunities,this study uses entrepreneurial opportunity development as a mediator variable and environmental dynamics as a regulatory variable to construct and test the impact mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial resource sharing on entrepreneurial performance.Questionnaire survey was conducted on 187 college students' entrepreneurs,and SPSS software was used to fit the theoretical model.Main conclusions are as follows: ?The sharing of information resources and the sharing of scientific and technological resources have a significant positive impact on the development of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial performance,but the impact of capital resources sharing is not obvious.?The development of college students' entrepreneurial opportunities has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Good innovative opportunity development and mimicking opportunity development can help improve ultimate entrepreneurial performance.?Entrepreneurial opportunity development has a significant partial intermediary role in information resource sharing,technology resource sharing and college students' entrepreneurial performance.?Environmental dynamics positively regulates the relationship between innovative opportunity development and entrepreneurial performance,and negatively regulates the relationship between imitative opportunity development and entrepreneurial performance.The special finding of this study is that the sharing of financial resources in the sharing of entrepreneurial resources of college students has no impact on the development of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial performance.This is because the current financial sharing platform is still not perfect,the quality is not good,and the fund supervision is not in place.It is not a good choice for college students,so the sharing of funds and resources has no obvious specific impact on college students' entrepreneurship.The conclusions of this study have important management implications and guiding significance for college students' entrepreneurial practice.First of all,college entrepreneurs,governments and universities need to pay attention to the role of the sharing of entrepreneurial resources brought about by the sharing of economic platforms in entrepreneurial activities.Secondly,standardizing and promoting the growth of the financial sharing platform will help overcome the shortage and inefficiency of financial resources and promote the development of entrepreneurial activities for college students.Finally,college entrepreneurs need to adjust the type of entrepreneurial opportunity development according to changes in the external environment,and actively and effectively respond to market challenges.
