With the rapid development of the economy and the rapid increase of industrialization,the demand for urban labor in the Pearl River Delta region has risen sharply,prompting a large number of farmers in the Pearl River Delta to “wash their feet on the fields” and engage in non-agricultural occupations with higher income than agriculture.The transfer of land to cities and towns led to a shortage of rural labor force in the Pearl River Delta at that time,and a large amount of land was not cultivated.In order to make up for the vacancies in the rural labor force,some of the grassroots government personnel went to the remote and impoverished mountainous areas such as western Guangdong and northern Guangdong to recruit farmers to go to the Pearl River Delta for farming activities.The emergence of the peasant farming group timely compensated for the rural labor vacancies caused by the rapid economic development in the Pearl River Delta,and made great contributions to the sustainable use and in-depth development of agricultural resources in the Pearl River Delta region,and brought positive to the reform and opening up process of the Pearl River Delta.The role.Since the end of the 1970s,the farmers have formed a huge special group in the Pearl River Delta.Although the group of farmers has made historical contributions to the economic development of the urban and rural areas in the Pearl River Delta,and the economic income level has increased compared with the household registration,the living conditions have also improved,but they have suffered from policy difficulties,hukou problems,children’s education,housing problems.,medical security issues,social security issues,etc.,have made the farmers become difficult and vulnerable groups in the Pearl River Delta region.At the same time,the negative social mentality of the peasants as real individuals is real.These mentalities have an impact on their social actions and often lead to incalculable negative consequences.To this end,based on a comprehensive understanding of the general situation of the sub-cultivation farmers in different historical periods of the Pearl River Delta,combined with the investigation of the social mentality of the Boluo farmers in Huizhou,the social mentality of the farmers and the society caused by them The problem has been deeply analyzed and researched,and some suggestions forsolving the mentality of the farmers in the society have been put forward.Through the investigation and analysis of the mentality of the farmers in the Boluo area of Huizhou,the life satisfaction of the farmer farmers is low,the professional enthusiasm is not high;the social pressure is general,the daily life pressure is high;the trust of the government is high.It is more satisfied with the relevant services of the government;the sense of social justice is general,the degree of equality of status is high;the sense of social security is high,various personal security is well protected;the sense of social problems is not serious,and the social atmosphere is more optimistic.The imbalance of the mentality of the farmers in the Pearl River Delta will cause an "anxiety" mentality,a "weak" mentality and a "group resentment" mentality.Among them,the "anxiety" mentality of the farmer farmers will lead to deviant behavior,irrational short-term behavior,and some cluster behaviors that endanger the society;the "weak" mentality of the farmer farmers will endanger the social order and promote group conflict behavior;groupness resentment is the breeding ground for the mass incidents of peasants and farmers,and will lead to mass conflicts and violations.Aiming at the problems arising from the social mentality of the farmer farmers,this paper puts forward the adjustment path of the mentality of the farmers.First,promote the implementation of supporting implementation to alleviate the anxiety of the farmers.Specifically,it will speed up the implementation of the policy of substituting farmers for households;strengthen the implementation of basic public services related to subsistence farmers;and actively mediate the contradiction between farmers and local villagers.Second,change the concept of government governance and eliminate the "group resentment" mentality of the farmers.Specifically,it is to change the performance of economic performance,the concept of fair performance in light society;the concept of orderly stability in the transition,the order of governance in the light source;the transformation of the current problem,the long-term development of governance ideas.Third,actively face the issue of governance and reduce the “weakness” mentality of the farmers.Specifically,it actively responds to the demands of the farmers;strengthens the positive attention of all sectors of society;promotes the involvement and help of social workers;and improves the corresponding legal system.
