| At present,the employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic,and the problem of difficult employment of college students is increasingly prominent.The employment education of college students is the key way to help college students improve their competitiveness in employment,which is responsible for helping college students to obtain employment smoothly.With the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the employment environment of college students will change,the forms of employment will be more abundant,and the types of occupation will be more diversified,which brings opportunities and challenges to the employment education of Ethnic Colleges and universities,and puts forward higher requirements for the ability of the employment education teachers of Ethnic Colleges and universities.So,can the current situation of the ability of employment education teachers in ethnic colleges meet the development needs of the new era? What are the problems in the ability of employment education teachers in Ethnic Colleges?With the above problems,this study takes Guangxi University for Nationalities as a case study,using literature,questionnaire and other research methods to study the problem of improving the ability of employment education teachers in ethnic universities.It is found that there are some problems in the employment education teachers of ethnic colleges,such as low degree of specialization,lack of systematic business training,lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and unreasonable contents and teaching methods of employment education.This is mainly due to the unclear goal of the professional construction of the employment education teachers,the insufficient attention paid by the school to the ability construction of the employment education teachers,the poor professional identity of the employment education teachers and the insufficient supervision of the implementation of the employment education by the school.The author thinks that we can attach great importance to the ability construction of the employment education teachers through the national colleges and universities;further increase the investment in the training of the employment education teachers;formulate the professional construction standards of the employment education teachers;build the practice exchange platform to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the employment education teachers;strengthen the system construction to provide the system guarantee for the improvement of the employment education teachers’ ability;teachers should increase We should strengthen the consciousness of self-development,make our ability and quality reach the level of specialization,and establish the mechanism of student evaluation and feedback to further improve the ability of employment education teachers. |
