Research On Poverty Alleviation Of Sports Industry In Rocky Desertification Area Of Guangxi From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Nearly half of Guangxi belongs to rocky desertification areas,most of the deep poverty areas are concentrated in rocky desertification areas,and the rocky desertification areas in Guangxi are also the main battlefields for the state to combat poverty.Grasp the great opportunity of rural revitalization strategy,combine the construction of characteristic sports industry in rocky desertification area,realize the goal of "agriculture,countryside and farmers".How to better rely on the sports industry to help the poor people in the rocky desertification areas to lift themselves out of poverty by 2020 is a very practical issue at present,and to clarify the current status of the development of the sports industry in the rocky desertification areas of Guangxi,to know the way of sports industry to help the poor is the key to understand the effect of sports industry in the rocky desertification area of Guangxi.Based on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of industrial integration,this paper uses the methods of Literature Review,case analysis,interview,Field Survey and comparative study,this paper makes a comparative study on the development of the outdoor sports industry in Leye County and the current sports events in Mashan,Lingyun County,Baise,Guangxi.This paper probes into the practical significance,the present situation of development,the compatibility of development,the mode of poverty alleviation,the way of implementation,the problems existing in the process of poverty alleviation and the enlightenment of the development of poverty alleviation by sports industry in the rocky desertification area of Guangxi.The development of sports industry has promoted the poverty alleviation in the rocky desertification areas and accelerated the development of sports industry in the rocky desertification areas.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy in the New Era,thebenign development of sports industry has effectively promoted the economic growth in the poor areas of rocky desertification,and has become the adhesive between the poverty-stricken areas and the rural revitalization.Under the strategic background of Rural Revitalization,sports towns,outdoor sports,sports events,folk sports and so on are the new focus of sports industry development.To continuously deepen the cross-border integration of the sports industry,while giving full play to the role of the sports industry in helping the poor,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the support and investment of the government,sponsors and enterprises,etc.,highlighting the characteristics of the development of the sports industry in the rocky desertification areas,forming the completed industrial chain,implementing the mechanism of poverty alleviation in the sports industry,attaching importance to the ecological construction in the rocky desertification areas,and further developing the sports resources in the rocky desertification areas,forming the characteristic poverty-relief industry to help the countryside to get rid of poverty.
