| With the development of county,non-governmental education and pre-school fields,the construction of non-governmental kindergarten teachers in county has been paid more and more attention.However,there are still some problems in the incentive guarantee for teachers in private kindergartens,which leads to the great mobility of the staff in kindergartens.In this context,this study uses questionnaire and interview and other research methods to explore the current situation of teacher incentives in private kindergartens in county areas.Based on the investigation of H county,Xinyang city,Henan province,it is concluded that the lack of investment,the pressure of kindergarten operation and the difference of personal management are the main reasons that lead to the incentive of private kindergarten teachers.According to Alderfer’s theory of ERG,the three dimensions of ERG need to be segmented,H County is mainly survival needs of the physiological needs,relationship needs of social relations and growth needs of self-improvement needs of the three parts of the need to stimulate the status quo is insufficient,at the same time,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the motivation of teachers in H county,such as the lack of salary and welfare,the lack of humanistic care in the kindergarten,the need to strengthen the construction of interpersonal relationship and the need to perfect the evaluation system.Therefore,in order to solve the problems existing in the incentives for teachers of privately-run kindergartens at the county level,this research proposes that we should improve the scientific and reasonable salary and welfare system,the empathetic humanistic care,the harmonious and close interpersonal relationship organization and the objective and fair performance appraisal system,in order to achieve the county-level private kindergarten teachers and private kindergarten win-win effect. |
