Preschool education is composed of two parts: public kindergartens and private kindergartens.At present,preschool education is still a short board of our national education,while private kindergartens are short boards for preschool education.In recent years,China’s rapid development of private kindergarten children in the garden,quantity,scale and proportion are significantly improved,according to the statistical bulletin of national education development in 2016 showed that in 2016 the national 240 thousand kindergartens,private kindergarten 154 thousand,increased 65 thousand compared to 2009,the proportion increased from 42.7% to 55.2%.The nineteen report also mentioned the need to support and standardize the social forces to set up private kindergarten,the author starts from the research on the survival status of the private kindergarten teachers.The data show that compared with the private kindergarten teachers and public kindergarten teachers,teachers work more tired,there is no guarantee of income,belong to the "development",and also do not "equal pay for equal work" at the same time,the principle of social evaluation and recognition are relatively low,the increase in the invisible plight of private kindergarten teachers.In addition,the great workload has also caused a certain pressure on the spirit of preschool teachers,making it a job burnout.This article is starting from the social reality,explore the private kindergarten teachers are facing in the work of the difficulties and the causes of this dilemma,and to find ways to improve this dilemma,aims to improve the quality of life of private kindergarten teachers,promote the development of preschool education in china.In this study,literature,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the survival situation of private kindergarten teachers in Changchun.The survey of private kindergarten to three different types of objects,to reflect the 6 main aspects of the living conditions of teachers as the basic content,including preschool teachers wages,teachers flow situation,teachers occupation happiness,teachers occupation burnout,teacher professional development,teachers’ personal status.The study found that the low salary of preschool teachers,the strong sense of professional development of teachers and the limited development path of kindergartens,and the poor sense of professional dignity of preschool teachers affect the production status of preschool teachers.The low level of social recognition,the utilitarian characteristics of private kindergartens,and the relatively poor comprehensive quality of preschool teachers are the main reasons for the problems of private kindergarten teachers.The following aspects should be made to improve the production status of private kindergarten teachers.One is the government should formulate corresponding policies to promote the improvement of the status of teachers occupation;the two is to determine the minimum wage standard of preschool teachers,improve the teachers’ wages;the three is to raise the threshold of preschool teachers access;four is to implement the humanistic care of private kindergarten teachers;the five is to guide teachers to overcome the occupation burnout.
