Class is the basic unit of kindergarten,is the basic form of kindergarten education,teaching,kindergarten work through the class to implement,class management is an important part of kindergarten management.The quality of kindergarten class management directly affects the quality of kindergarten running.Large class children are in the period of transition from pre-school education to primary school education.The management of large class in kindergarten can provide good learning and living environment for children and cultivate their good learning habits and sense of rules.As the main manager of the class,big class teachers should coordinate the management of life activities,education activities,class information,parents’ work and the creation of class environment.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,collectivism’s theory and Human Development Ecology theory,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to survey 200 big class teachers in Y district of Chongqing,30 large class teachers were interviewed and 4 Preschool teachers were observed,a survey on the current situation of class management was carried out around the management of life activities,education activities,class information,parents’ work and the creation of class environment.With the help of text analysis,the paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors in class management of big class teachers in kindergarten in Y district.The results show that the class management of big class kindergarten teachers in Y district of Chongqing is above average in general,and there are differences in age,length of teaching,number of big class teachers and the nature of kindergartens in different dimensions,but there are also the following problems: The management of life activities neglects the cultivation of Children’s life habits;Second,the management of educational activities neglects the cultivation of children’s learning interests;third,the work of class management is formalistic and the information of classes is not updated in time;fourth,the work of linking up children and youngchildren is insufficient,fifth,the creation of class environment is lack of dynamics and economy.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems from three aspects:First,at the level of children,big class children are about to face the change of living environment and learning style;Third,the kindergarten teachers lack the sense and experience of active management,are not familiar with the management knowledge,and neglect the role of parents in the management,lack of professional guidance for parents to participate in class management.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of large classes in Y district kindergartens in Chongqing from the perspectives of teachers,kindergartens and parents: at the level of kindergarten teachers,teachers should pay attention to the continuity of children’s development in the process of class management,at the kindergarten level,kindergartens should hold regular meetings with parents of children in large classes to convey the idea of linking up children and primary schools in a timely manner,communicate closely with primary schools,promote the link between children and primary schools,and organize pairs of teachers and students to help and guide children,promoting teachers’ class management.At the level of parents,we should attach importance to the children’s physical and mental development characteristics,and actively cooperate with the kindergarten teachers’ class management.
