The application of class management strategy is very important to the class management of kindergarten teachers.However,in the process of kindergarten teachers' class management strategy application,it does not play a corresponding role,there are many unsatisfactory places in the application of the strategy,how to help kindergarten teachers to find out the existing problems and improve,to make it more in line with the development of young children has become an urgent problem to be solved.After combing the literature,we use questionnaire,observation and interview to study the application of kindergarten teachers' class management strategies.The kindergarten teachers' class management strategy is divided into three dimensions : class environment management strategy,class teaching management strategy and interpersonal interaction management strategy.The investigation selected 24 first-line kindergarten teachers to conduct in-depth interviews,and carried out a questionnaire survey of 266 kindergarten teachers in order to understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers' class management,and analyze the problems existing in the application of kindergarten teachers' class management strategies.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the application of kindergarten teachers' class management strategies.Through the analysis of the present situation of kindergarten teachers' class management strategies,it is found that there are the following problems in the application of kindergarten teachers' class environment management strategies : the creation of classroom activity environment is not suitable,the main position of children's class environment is missing,the application process of environmental management strategies is too uniform;the application of kindergarten teachers' class teaching management strategies has the following problems:children's main position is not truly reflected,freedom is restricted,encouraged,demonstrated and other positive constructive education methods are not in place,teachers have high control in teaching speech;The following problems exist in the application of interpersonal interaction management strategies of kindergarten teachers:teachers lack observation Children,the ability to interact with children,the division ofresponsibilities of teachers is not clear,lack of communication and cooperation,and parents of the educational concept of deviation.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward for the problems in the application of kindergarten teachers' class management strategies:humanization of class environment management and artistry of routine tutoring;kindergarten teachers should update their educational concepts in time and pay attention to the development of children's thinking;enhance teachers' sensitivity in teaching activities and master teaching wit;make class teacher-child interaction cordial,strengthen emotional communication between teachers and children;improve communication skills and establish equal cooperative relations.
