| Kindergarten teachers’ class management ability is an important part of their professional ability.As educators and managers,kindergarten teachers must have the ability of kindergarten class management,clearly aware of the sources of various problems and influences,and have the ability to face,understand,overcome and resolve,so as to manage and manage classes well.The formation of class management ability is often closely related to key events.From the analysis of key events,we can find the factors affecting teachers’class management ability.This study uses the interview method to collect 20 key events of class management,and uses nvivo12 software to encode the collected interview text.Through the coding analysis,it is found that the key events of kindergarten teachers’ class management mainly include the following three nodes:the current situation of teachers’ class management,the impact of key events on Teachers’ class management,and the factors affecting the occurrence and development of key events.The corresponding research ideas of these three nodes are what the key events are,why the key events are key,and where the key events come from.Then the three nodes are analyzed.The current situation of class management includes two aspects:first,class management methods,including five kinds:environment creation,rule guidance,example motivation,emotional communication,home cooperation;Second,in these key events,there are some problems in the class management,such as the mandatory overall standardization,"labeling" children,the management being affected by emotions,and dealing with the surface of problems.The key events are key because of their impact on teachers.The positive impact can help teachers obtain a sense of achievement in class management,enhance teachers’ confidence in class management,arouse teachers’educational feelings,summarize effective class management experience and improve the deficiencies in class management.The negative impact can increase the pressure on Teachers’ class management and reduce teachers’ sense of self-efficacy in class management.Different teachers have different behaviors and problems in class management,and key events have different effects on teachers.The influencing factors include teachers’ concept of class management,teachers’ knowledge and ability of class management,and teachers’ own internal quality.Finally,according to the nodes and influencing factors,this study puts forward suggestions on Teachers’ class management.From the current perspective,it suggests teachers to innovate the concept of class management,improve their own literacy and improve their class management ability;In the long run,teachers should learn to use key practices to promote their own development.Therefore,it is suggested that teachers establish a case base of class management and often reflect on the practice of class management. |
