| The flow of rural primary school teachers is a major problem in the current rural education,and the biggest resource of education is teachers.The flow of rural primary school teachers directly affects the quality of education in rural primary schools.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of the flow of rural primary school teachers to stabilize the strength of rural primary school teachers,optimize the allocation of educational resources and promote the balanced development of education.Through the investigation of the current situation of rural primary school teachers in A city,it is found that there are four problems in the flow of teachers: obvious urban characteristics,prominent characteristics of homecoming,serious hidden loss,large mobility and high turnover rate.This study analyzes the influencing factors,the influence of individual factors including gender,age,education,teaching age and childbearing status,school factors including geographical location,management style,professional development opportunities,work burden,and participation in school management,social factors including salary,social security,urban and rural development gap,rural education concept and social status.Considering the above results,this study proposes strategies to promote the rational flow of rural primary school teachers in A city from three dimensions.Social and educational administrative departments need to formulate corresponding talent system to promote equal pay for equal work and strengthen incentive treatment;implement the rotation system of urban and rural teachers;and establish the mutual adjustment system for young teachers in different places.Rural schools adopt various ways to retain teachers and build a harmonious interpersonal relationship;reduce the burden and increase the capacity,and arrange the workload reasonably;recommend excellent further study regularly;and let teachers participate in democratic management.To enhance the drive to stay,teachers should establish a reasonable view of flow,pay attention to their own professional growth and development,improve their sense of responsibility and obligation of dedication to rural education,and strengthen their understanding and commitment to rural schools. |
