During the Anti-Japanese War,Chongqing centered on Shapingba and Ciqikou,forming a unique sand magnetic cultural area.Since the establishment of the Shaci Cultural District in February 1938,a large number of institutions of higher learning and cultural research institutions have been established,forming an initial collaborative form of organization and work charter.At the same time,the publication "Magnetic Culture" was published to the whole country.Became the cultural center of western China during the Anti-Japanese War.The concept of the Shaci Cultural District was put forward by Hu Shuhua in the article "The Ideal Chongqing Cultural District" published in 1936 and was formally established in February 1938.This is a pioneering work in the history of modern education of the Chinese nation.There are various cultural and educational institutions in the cultural area.The education in the cultural area is from the pre-anti-Japanese war to the middle of the anti-Japanese war,and it is a miracle to stand in the middle of the stage.This paper takes primary education in Chongqing Shaci Cultural District during the Anti-Japanese War as the main research object.Based on the detailed collection of historical materials,it uses historical comparison method and case analysis method to clarify the development of primary education in Shaci Cultural District longitudinally in chronological order.Before 1935,the political and economic focus of Sichuan Province shifted,and the establishment of higher education institutions promoted the initial establishment of the Shaci Cultural District.At this time,the distribution of primary schools and schools was scattered and the development was slow.From 1935 to 1940,relying on the formal establishment of the Shaci Cultural District,the overall concept of basic education and the establishment of the management committee pointed out the direction for primary education.At this time,the number of primary schools increased rapidly and the school scale gradually expanded.Until 1945,the Shaci Cultural District integrated science,education,culture and health,anti-Japanese war and national salvation,and culture and art.It showed a variety of cultural brilliance.The primary education has been developing in twists and turns.Despite the large number,the overall primary school is well received Serious damage and uneven distribution.On the whole,the primary school education in Chongqing Shaci Cultural District during the Anti-Japanese War has a government-led school structure with extensive participation of social forces.The Communist Party leads progressives to develop primary school education.The feature of primary school education is that it can continue to communicate with various schools frequently.It has a far-reaching impact on improving the primary school education system in the Shaci Cultural District,further promoting the achievements of primary school education in the Southwest,as well as mobilizing national forces to participate in running schools,the development and use of educational resources,and the reference and inheritance of educational experience.
