| Traditional teaching mode,with one class as a unit,the teacher as the core and students as the main body,has its advantages which lie in the comprehensive classroom communication between the teacher and students,which can fully promote the emotional closeness.The disadvantages are the high dependence of teaching results on the professional knowledge,charisma and classroom management ability of the teacher because the main teaching activity of this mode is to instill knowledge.Therefore,the teaching effect and teaching scale will be limited.Blended teaching mode can well avoid these mentioned disadvantages of traditional teaching and make full use of online learning,which learners can tailor their plans,adjust the progress and adapt the methods to their own situation,and with the continuous advancement of information technology teaching,online resources are getting richer and richer and learning is not restricted by time and space,which is easier to motivate students to do self-study.Rain classroom teaching tool launched by Xuetang Online and Tsinghua University online education office is characterized by a closed loop formed by classroom teaching and a series of teaching designs-pre-class preview,in-class interaction and after-class summary,which are based on the platform of smart phones.It achieves relatively good teaching effect.This paper,based on teaching characteristics of finance and trade major in vocational schools,studied the design,implementation and effect of mixed teaching mode of finance and trade major in vocational schools based on “Rain Classroom”.Specifically,this study conducted the following research: firstly,under the guidance of the humanistic theory and constructivism learning theory,it summed up the characteristics of the teaching and students in finance and trade major in secondary vocational schools through the integrated use of literature research,questionnaires and interviews,and built up a blended teaching mode based on “Rain Classroom” platform in finance and trade major in vocational schools;secondly,it explored the practical effect,problems and solutions to this blended teaching mode by applying this mode to financial regulations and accounting ethics course.The research shows that “Rain Classroom” provides a very good platform for the effective development of blended teaching mode.It has a relatively positive impact on learners’ learning initiative,discipline and participation,and well consolidates students’ understanding and mastery of the learning content.It is expected that this study can provide China’s secondary vocational schools with some references for the development of blended teaching,for the reform of teaching methods,and for the continuous improvement of teaching quality. |
