Teachers’ job burnout is a social issue of common concern to the current. In this article, through combing the, internal and external research situation about the problem of teachers’ occupational tiredness, found that the domestic and foreign theoretical research in the field of job burnout is relatively rich, but in terms of empirical research is relatively small, especially for the young teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country job burnout research is more less. Because of the lack of pertinence, about how to solve the problem of young teachers in higher vocational burnout can’t effective Suggestions are put forward.This study will be divided into four chapters, the first chapter mainly discusses the topic research background, research significance and current research progress and the concept of the related theory, analyzed and defined. The second chapter mainly investigate topics and empirical analysis, the questionnaire survey and interviews, on the basis of literature research, the use of teachers’ job burnout questionnaire, the Changsha Zhuzhou and Xiangtan part of young teachers in higher vocational colleges were investigated and described the region of the manifestation of young teachers in higher vocational career burnout, through the study found that:Hunan provincial governor of young teachers in higher vocational Changsha^ Zhuzhou and Xiangtan district has the trend of job burnout, the job burnout is caused by many factors, teaching years, position on job burnout has significant effect. The third chapter is the young teachers in higher vocational characteristics and causes of job burnout are analyzed. The fourth chapter content is put forward countermeasures.The research results to some extent, enrich the theory of young teachers in higher vocational job burnout, provides the support of young teachers in higher vocational burnout empirical study. In practice, to reduce, eliminate and prevent teachers’ job burnout provides operational stronger recommendations.
