Education is an important way to realize the cultivation of innovative talents and implement the concept of quality-oriented education advocated by the new curriculum standard.The goal of education reform in the new era is to develop students’ core literacy ability,improve teachers’ classroom teaching ability and promote teachers’ professional development.Master of full-time education is the main force in the basic education teachers.How to improve the classroom teaching ability of master of full-time education is the most concerned problem for all educators.In this paper,the basic exploratory work is done to promote the reform and development of basic chemistry teaching in China,which is to develop students’ core accomplishment in chemistry.It is mainly about the research on the subject teaching ability in the process of the postgraduate training of full-time master of education(subject teaching and chemistry).This paper studies the characteristics of PCK under the inquisitive teaching mode of full-time master of chemistry education,and establishes the PCK evaluation model of master of chemistry education based on the PCK pentacle structure model of Park.This paper analyzes the development level and development path of PCK in different training stages of the master of chemistry education in northeast normal university by selecting specific teaching cases based on the inquiry teaching mode,and puts forward some Suggestions on the cultivation of the master of education talents by the inquiry teaching mode.Research results show that: in this paper,the mathematical models of PCK evaluation can be used as a master of chemical education in PCK evaluation tool of inquiry teaching mode,teaching evaluation to provide the reference for innovation,is the first time of PCK analysis model is established for a specific teaching model,can PCK for other teaching mode and provide theoretical basis for the research and evaluation paradigm.On the development of PCK education master’s analysis shows that inquiry-based teaching model can effectively promote the discipline teaching chemistry education master’s value orientation of improving the teaching,effectively promote classroom teaching knowledge of structured,systematic,more suitable for cultivate students’ exploring consciousness and innovation ability,is "the quality for this" chemistry classroom teaching.In view of the positive role of the inquiry-based teaching model in the development of PCK and discipline quality of the master of education,it is suggested that the content and depth of the theory of inquiry-based teaching should be expanded in the postgraduate courses of the master of education,and special practice and guidance should be given in the micro-course teaching to promote the early formation of the consciousness of inquiry-based teaching of the master of education.
