With the continuous development of economic globalization and informatization of science and technology, the role of technological progress and technological innovation in economic growth is becoming more and more important.Talents have increasingly become the backbone of economic development.Talents have become more and more important for national construction. An important resource snatched between countries and regions. In 2004,the government first proposed the "Rise of Central China" strategy, which is an important part of the national regional development strategy.Promoting the development of the central region is an important standpoint for regional coordinated development. For more than ten years, the central region has increased the intensity and depth of opening up to the outside world, raising the level of opening to the outside world, and constantly improving the regional level of internationalization. At present, economic development is at the stage of transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development, and it must rely on technological innovation to drive and lead the development of the region. As the population ageing intensifies, the advantages of labor resources are gradually lost, the "demographic dividend" effect decay, and the "talent dividend" has become the main driving force for technological innovation and economic development.Promote economic development in the central region, continuously protect and improve people’s livelihood, and promote the realization of a comprehensive well-off society. This article clearly defines the concept of talent and the degree of talent aggregation. It is considered that the degree of talent aggregation is the proportion of the population with a graduate degree or above among the employed population in a region, that is,thetalents who find a job after graduate graduates account for all employment The proportion of the population.Based on this, the concentration of talents in the six central provinces was calculated, and the trend characteristics of the concentration of talents in the central region were summarized.Under the basic framework of Romer’s endogenous growth theory model, product production is divided into two production sectors: intermediate products and final products, and laborers are also divided into creative laborers and ordinary laborers. The proportion of creative workers is the degree of talent gathering. This paper internalizes the degree of talent accumulation into the theoretical model of economic growth, and builds an endogenous growth model in which the degree of talent accumulation affects economic growth.According to this expanded endogenous economic growth model, the corresponding empirical model of econometrics is established.Through the random effect and fixed effect test of the model,it is found that the model does not have random effect and fixed effect. The panel generalized moment estimation(PGMM)method is used to estimate the model. The empirical results show that the degree of talent aggregation and the efficiency of technological innovation have a significant positive role in promoting long-term economic growth in the central region. The key factor of promotion. Finally, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for talents and economic development in the central region.
