At this stage,my country’s economic situation has changed from rapid development to high-quality development.The construction of various regions pays more attention to the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,and promotes the development of emerging industries.In this process,the regional talent structure has the problem of imbalance of highend talents and mismatch with regional economic development.How to coordinate the economic development capacity of various regions and the demand for high-end talents,and find out the key factors influencing the accumulation of high-end talents in the region and the most development.The optimal path is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the perspective of biological evolution theory,this article discusses the influencing factors of the regional high-end talent gathering ability through literature review,the key factors that influence it,the dynamic evolution among the influencing factors,the improvement path of the regional high-end talent gathering ability and the difference of stakeholders Strategy research,the specific research path is as follows:(1)Use the knowledge map in the bibliometric method and the Delphi method to analyze and screen the relevant factors that affect the accumulation of high-end talents in the region.(2)Using the DEMATEL method to find out the key factors that affect the accumulation of high-end talents in the region,analyze and identify the complexity of the key factors,and find out the correlation degree K between the key factor N in the NK model and each element.(3)Starting from the dimensions of each key influencing factor,construct the NK model of regional high-end talent gathering.(4)Use Python combined with random distribution function to explore the path selection of the key factors of regional high-end talent gathering.(5)Through the key factors identified by the literature measurement and the NK model,establish a tripartite evolutionary game model for the government,employers and high-end talents,set up corresponding parameters that affect the NK model based on relevant factors,and explore the development of regional high-end talent gathering ability based on key factors The optimal path.(6)According to the key factors and other factors found,establish the evolutionary game model of regional high-end talent gathering,study the evolution of the tripartite game of stakeholders,and conduct sensitivity analysis of key factors to find the conditions that affect the tripartite game strategy.According to the above research,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis of regional high-end talent gathering adaptability is conducive to evaluating its current regional high-end talent gathering ability.It can assist regional governments and employers in the actual gathering of high-end talents in different elements at the same level.Perform a horizontal comparison of the combination status and performance between the two,while emphasizing the importance of the coordination of various key factors to the improvement of the regional highend talent gathering ability,and find an optimal path for gathering the key factors of high-end talents in the region: regional employment opportunities-regional talent concentration-Regional government personnel introduction policy-Regional economic development levelRegional industrial development.(2)The decisive factors of the optimal strategy for high-end talent selection are the time cost of high-end talents adapting to local culture,the extra cost of staying away from home and the government subsidies,corporate wages,and the benefits of regional facilities and management when they stay in the area.This article proposes a method to improve the ability of regional high-end talent gathering,which solves the limitations of high-end talent data that are difficult to find and cannot be measured.At the same time,the government,employers and high-end talent strategies involved in the process of regional highend talent gathering are in the process of formulating,How to quickly reach the optimal benefits of the regional system through the adjustment of key factors,etc.,give certain conclusions and relevant suggestions,and provide a new idea for realizing the needs of highend talents in various regions in the future.
